I loved this tour out of costa maya. If I return to this port, I would do it again bypassing hanging out at the port. Guide was Juan Corona, excellente.

We had an incredible time with Jerry, Hasan, and Francisco. They were prompt, communicated everything clearly and promptly, and guided us from our meeting point until we were back at port. They greeted us with water, introduced themselves, drove us around an hour into Baccalar while introducing and sharing the culture of the region, stopped for pictures, showed us the lagoon where we swam, fed us, and returned us to port with plenty of time to spare.

We had the most amazing time!!! Rafael, our guide, was excellent! The cenote was a beautiful experience and the lagoon was a paradise! The entire crew was so nice! 10/10 recommend booking with them!!!

The 7 Color Bakalar tour was SO FUN!! The only negative thing that I can say is the long drive from the port to the lagoon, but once there, so worth it. The crew, especially our guide Juan, was amazing. The water is spectacular as well. Seeing the cenotes was fun too, but the best part was the swimming in the pristine turquoise waters of the lagoon. If I could, I would just do that all day instead of the boat trip around to see the cenotes. Juan served us all fresh pineapple, beer, and even tequila shots for those who wanted to indulge. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely do it again!

Nice excursion. Super clear water at Bacalar with so many cenotes. Tour is well Organize. The tour guide and driver are nice. Highly recommended it.

Do not book for a Wednesday they took payment yesterday and this morning sorry the are is closed on Wednesday so you can now go elsewhere. This regulation applies to all companies and individuals throughout Bacalar to help preserve the ecosystem, and heavy fines are enforced for non-compliance. However, we have a wonderful, full itinerary prepared so you can enjoy Bacalar to the fullest: • Cenote Azul & Cocalitos: We will visit both famous locations in one day! You will have plenty of time to swim, relax, and enjoy the stunning waters. • Stromatolites Observation: You will get to see the famous stromatolites at Cocalitos—living microbial formations that look like giant underwater rocks.
