We really enjoyed this experience. Our guide was wonderful and went above and beyond, especially when it came to helping us take photos and videos throughout the tour. One suggestion for improvement would be for the tour company and TripAdvisor to better align the meeting location information. The meeting point options listed on TripAdvisor were very limited, which required us to travel a bit to reach the only pickup location offered in Playa del Carmen. However, once we were on our way, we picked up other guests at locations that were actually closer to our hotel than the meeting point provided to us through TripAdvisor. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it.
It is a unique and adventurous experience, highly recommended to go with friends, you live many unique experiences, an unforgettable tour.

If you go to Cancun and like swimming in a pool, this tour is wonderful, each lagoon is like being in a natural pool by the seaside surrounded by vegetation and very attentive staff. I thank the agency for sharing information about each tour I took.
If we have to talk about the attention, I think it was the best. Transportation always on time at the hotel. The activities according to the itinerary, the food and the service very rich and pleasant. Beautiful accessible. The only bad thing is that wherever you go they ask you for a tip and that gets annoying in the long run. They should already include it and stop bothering.
I went to Cancun with my wife and two children a week ago and we had a great time. The band is in full force and the tours that include a buffet are the best because the food is delicious. The only thing I would recommend to the agency is a little more punctuality in the pickup, but nothing serious. I recommend the agency.
I saved money for a whole year and decided to go on vacation to Cancun. I hired tours from this agency and it went very well, everything was well organized. The only thing I could recommend to the agency is that they train the guides a little more in learning English. I had two guides who struggled to understand what they were trying to tell me.
