My children love the atmosphere, they enjoyed the sea, and I relaxed all day; we are very happy because the yacht's conditions were great, and the breeze along with the sea make a perfect combination for our stay.

Unfortunately, the yacht rental experience did not meet the expectations set during the booking process. The yacht was not as described, and several issues significantly impacted our experience. The meeting location listed in the contract was incorrect, and the operator provided incorrect information regarding the pickup location. As a result, we experienced approximately a two-hour delay before we were able to get underway. Additionally, the jet skis that were promised as part of the rental were not available, which was a major disappointment. The yacht's air conditioning was also not functioning, making the experience uncomfortable, particularly given the conditions. Overall, the experience was far from what was advertised and agreed upon at the time of booking. Clear and accurate communication, working amenities, and delivery of the services promised are essential when renting a yacht at this price point. I would strongly recommend confirming all amenities, equipment, and meeting-location details in writing before booking.

We had rented boats before, but this experience was on another level. The boat was impeccable and the tour around Miami was spectacular. We will definitely return.
