Great experience, saw 5-6 alligators on the boat ride, and the show was also quite good. My guide April is very nice and suggested places I could visit in Miami.

Top tour guide, punctual and reliable!

The tour was absolutely great. . Hagen does a really great job and you get interesting information about the alligators, the Everglades, and during the city tour, also about Miami. Everything is really mega mega mega

The tour was simply super with our tour guide Hagen. Great guy and great tour. He had super exciting information about the alligators and also the Everglades. Afterwards, there was a city tour of Miami. He showed us places that are not super touristy. I would book it again anytime. Mega mega mega 5 stars with a kiss

Pickup and the drive to the Everglades were top-notch. April was very nice and did a great job. We imagined the airboat tour itself would be better. At least we saw turtles, alligators, and a few birds. We did not like that we booked the German-language tour and it was conducted in English. That is definitely misleading on the site. We could have gotten the tour cheaper elsewhere in English.

Party of 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 9). Smooth pick up from our hotel in Miami with good communication. Guide friendly and knowledgeable. Our first air boat experience was fab. Driver again, fun and knowledgeable. Spoke about all the wildlife and was able to get close up to some crocs. There’s a shop for drinks, ice creams and gifts where you get on the air boat. I had booked this tour as no mention of the croc zoo/show which I was keen to avoid but it is included. They claim taking crocs from their natural environments have been ‘rescued’, only to be sat on, turned and twisted and forced to open their jaws. The other animals kept there are in awful small, confined cages and they have baby crocs with mouths sellotaped.

Our excursion to the Everglades was an absolute highlight of our vacation! Our tour guide Hagen in particular made the day an unforgettable experience. With his friendly manner, his extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, and his enthusiasm for the Everglades, he made the tour incredibly exciting. We can recommend the tour without reservation and would book it again anytime. Thank you very much for this fantastic experience!

Excellent tour ! Relaxed tour to the Everglades with prompt communication. Abril was wonderful guide! Small group almost private! Amazing choice if you are in the Miami area and would like to experience the Everglades for half a day!

Unreservedly recommended! Hagen picked us up at the hotel on time (great service) and provided us with extensive information during the drive to the Everglades (bilingual, English+German). With the appropriate background, then after about a 50-minute drive, off into the airboats, saw plenty of alligators, and finally received a detailed demonstration about the alligators themselves. Back then again with lots of information about Miami and culture (including a cold drink and local candy) + Hagen was so kind as to even drive us to South Beach (even though we had our hotel room in Downtown); THANK YOU HAGEN! An all-around successful excursion and absolutely recommended!
