The shipmates were remarkably helpful and courteous. However, the equipment was outdated and in poor condition, which was a significant disappointment considering the cost of the voyage. The number of passengers on board was excessive, resulting in frequent tangled lines. Additionally, the ship did not anchor at the designated fishing locations, which diminished the opportunity for fishing because of interwining lines.
This was the perfect “guy outing”. Our 5 and 7 yr old grandsons had a blast. As soon as their lines were in, the fish were biting! The crew was extra helpful and extremely friendly. Even though the boat would hold 38 people, there was plenty of room to not be crowded!
Bring snacks and drinks. When baiting your hook with squid, watch out for the ink 😆 The team was great, very engaging.
The captain and crew were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This was our first deep sea fishing adventure.
The title of this excursion is a bit misleading. This is not necessarily family friendly (for younger kids or elderly people) and it’s by no means a “party boat”. This should be advertised as “6-hour fishing trip”. This is not a comfortable boat that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy a beverage. The captain and deck hands were great and accommodating and the trip was fine for the true purpose of fishing but it needs to be advertised as just that. Also, my husband is 6’2, 250 lbs and had a hard time navigating his way around the boat…it’s not made for anyone over average size to comfortably walk around. He was basically stuck in the same spot for the entirety of the trip.

Our primary focus is, and has always been, fishing. While we welcome families and anglers of all experience levels, our vessel is a working fishing boat designed to maximize fishing opportunities rather than provide the amenities of a sightseeing or cruise-style boat. We understand that this may not be the experience everyone is looking for. The term “party boat” can definitely be confusing. In the fishing industry, it refers to a shared fishing charter with multiple guests, not a party or entertainment cruise. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make that distinction clearer in our descriptions so guests know exactly what to expect before booking. The crew was ok. Experienced, but not very helpful. I brought my 3 boys. I figured that they would help bait the poles for the younger boys. 9 and 11. Only once did they help him. The fishing was ok. But only 1 keeper red snapper was caught out of 36 people. The most caught were Vermillion snapper. That were mostly under 1 lb. We did catch a few trigger fish. But they were too small and out of season. It was an overall good experience. My first time fishing like this. I know that the crew and captain can't make the fish bite. It would have been nice to catch at least a few decent fish.
We are sorry the experience wasn’t what you expected. That is just how a party boat trip is no matter which one you go on. If you wanted someone to bait your poles you would have needed to do a private charter and those trips are anywhere from $300 an hour to $500 per hour and up. The party boat experience is for people who don’t want to spend the big money and just want to have a good time fishing on a boat. We appreciate your business and would love to have you back again so we can earn some more stars. Just remember for your next fishing trip that you probably want a private charter experience not a party boat experience.
Trip was altered a bit by Tropical Storm Bertha, so we could not go to their normal hotspots. However, Captain Aaron kept us on fish anyway and we all caught enough to bring home for dinner. Nick and Steve were awesome untangling our lines in choppy water and getting our fish off the hooks. They cleaned them for us too. Great trip, will definitely book it next time we are in Destin.
The crew was subpar they paid attention and catered to specific people and others were left to basically fin for themselves. One crew member was dismissive and we had to ask the same question multiple times before and answer was even given. The boat itself and fishing was alot of fun, however the crew and their experience is not what i paid for. Next time i will not book with them and would not recommend my friends either

Crew was very helpful during the fishing. They changed hooks, removed from hook and gave plenty of tips.
Great trip. Great crew. Great Captain. Caught a lot of fish and had a lot of fun. Everyone had an amazing time. Definitely would do again.
