The guides I had were great and all the zip lines were super fun giving great views of the ancient forest!
The staff was very friendly and introduced a lot of valuable places in the forest, careful care made me and my family have a lot of peace and joy! A trip not to be missed!

The whole experience from start to finish was amazing, our guides, Unique and Vincent were warm and welcoming - they explained everything so well, made us feel safe, they were patient but also lots of fun. I was nervous going into the experience but once we were in the bush and after the first zipline I loved it. It was out of my comfort zone which made it even more exciting! I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Madsen (aka Maddison) and Emma were the best tour guides ever. They really were the reason the tour was so good. The tour was beautiful and I found it still very enjoyable in a bit of rain. The zip lines were so much fun and I won the 400 meter zip line race. But props to Madsen and Emma for their guiding it was incredible.

This adventure had been a bucketlist item for my family. Our guides, Lisa and Vincent kept us all entertained with facts about the environment and allowed us to really soak in how wonderful the bush is! 10/10! We were really happy with Scott, the head of the establishment, with his accommodation and real pride for all of the employees and obvious dedication to the canopy tours. My family arrived about an hour early to our tour and Scott gave us a wonderful run down of the history of the place! Afterwards we even received recommendations of places to eat in rotorua. We had such a good time. I will recommend this to anyone who wants to see the forest.

Yes absolutely, while we love the thrill of the zip-lines taking the time to be still and soak up the forests beauty is so important and wonderful! Especially now our forest is back thriving, there is so much to see, hear, and experience! Yes, Scott is one of our original Masters!! All round incredible guide, mentor, and person full of knowledge and expertise, we would be lost without him! Rotorua is our home and has it's own uniqueness, so we are always eager to share our favourite spots!
