Excellent. Right in time. Clean and spacious SUV. Communicated good to let Me know where to pick up and the description of the car.
The price was good. Our driver, Kira, arrived early, was very friendly, communicative and professional, and loaded/unloaded all our luggage gently.
Ken was awesome. Our flight was changed several times and he still kept communicating with me to see what best fit our schedule to get picked up. He was very friendly and just made our way back to the airport very comfortable. Mahalo
