- バー、トイレ、オハナギフトショップへのスロープがあるので、ほとんどの表面は車椅子でアクセス可能です。ルアウの外側の表面は砂が硬くなっています
- ほとんどのエリアで電動車いすの使用が許可されていますが、 ジェルメーヌのルアウは、ビーチフロントの私有地にあるため、砂による椅子の電動機構の損傷に対して責任を負いません。

Great experience! Loved everything about it! On the beach, saw how they cooked the pig in the ground, received shell leis, flowers for your hair, the show was awesome, …. We got so many amazing pictures and enjoyed the event so much! Highly recommend!!
The show that was put on for us was very enjoyable and the food was better than I expected. I would recommend anyone to go.
Wonderful experience! My teens love the show, the fire dance is amazing! The food is great! The rain didnt stop the fun night, they provided a rain coat.
The food was ok, super crowded! Still paid for parking despite it being pretty expensive. Couldn’t really see show from our spot which was all the way in the back. The trees in the middle were blocking view. Teriyaki beef was probably the best part. Pork was ok.
It was amazing. The environment, the people and the performances were all great! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.
WORST LUAU! (We’ve been to a few) First the location is in the middle of an industrial park. Once we got our food and the sunset the BUGS SWARMED us & our food!!! No exaggeration! We had bugs EVERYWHERE!! All 10 of us had to leave all our food. The staff moved us away from the beach side which was slightly better. The show was lackluster at best! For over $1500 this experience was NOT WORTH IT.
Do not get seated at the Red tables near the Beach... You are the last to go eat and they turn the lights down to begin the show and your attacked by flying bugs all over you and your food... But the show was excellent and the food was delicious for what I was able to eat.. Before being bombarded with flying bugs

This was a fantastic experience. The bus ride out to the venue is about 45 minutes, which I didn't take note of when we booked, but it's in a very comfortable coach, and our driver was entertaining! Which booked the VIP experience, which got us seats at the front and included drinks. The drinks were disappointing - the cocktails are all very sweet, without a lot of alternatives offered - which is fine is you like sweet drinks, of course... One of our other tour guides said that Germaine's is a traditional Luau - he was glad we hadn't booked with one of the 'touristy' ones!
We had the best time! Definitely the best value for food and entertainment for a Luau. They provided hand made fresh flowers for our hair, teaching of palm braiding, and body drawings. Highly recommended for family of all ages. Staff was amazing.
Take bug spray with you. We had swarming, flying ants on our visit. Otherwise, great fun as they are very welcoming.
