The Safari with Fahamu was really like a dream came true. Everything was perfectly prepared and organised. Frank, our Ranger, was super friendly and we became friends. He showed us all the environment and the animals, even sharing a lot of his experiences.
We were warmly welcomed at the airport by Jesca, Frank, and Elia. With our German-speaking guide Frank and the outstanding driver Elia, we were able to spend six wonderful days on safari. They showed us all the beauty of these national parks. We saw an incredible number of animals. We had a great time with Frank and Elia. They were always very punctual, reliable, and took good care of us. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Famahu Safaris and especially Frank and Elia. Not to mention Jesca and Sarah, who pulled the strings for us behind the scenes.

We had our honeymoon planned through Fahamu Safaris in Tanzania & Zanzibar. It was all great, we couldn't have asked for better. We had a really great 5 day safari with Fahamu Safari. We saw all the big-5 and a lot more other animals. Our driver/guide (his name was Innocent) was excellent and he also spoke very good German and English. We also added a 6 day Zanzibar holiday after the safari. The planing of the whole trip was really professional and we also had a German contact to discuss the details of our trip. Thank you very much for the unforgettable honeymoon!
We discovered Tanzania (and Zanzibar previously) in the best way with Fahamu Safaris ! These 6 days (Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti) are unforgettable, and I want to return as soon as possible ! Organisation was very good, chosen hotel were very well and the 2 4x4 were as comfortable as possible. We have 2 excellent guides, Innocent and Dismas, very kind and talkative, and always smiley ! Dismas speaks really good French, and it was really a pleasure to discuss with them to learn more about animals, Tanzanian culture, Nature Reserve operation, Maasaï life, Swahili language and others, with humour obviously ! They were very attentive to our wishes and knew perfectly the parks. Thanks to them, we could see very close all the Big 5 and more ! And on top of that, they are very good in mechanics ! Jesca and Jastone are always available for any questions, and Jesca was full of small attentions, with many gifts for everybody ! Asante Sana for the discover of Tanzania, a marvellous country with smiles, amazing landscapes (Serengeti is magic !), and wild animals, see you soon maybe !
The different hotspots we visited were very different and varied. Both flora and fauna were breathtaking. The accommodations were perfectly chosen and put together..., unforgettable experiences. Highlights were the Kilimanjaro, the Nrorongoro Crater and of course the Serengeti, where we were allowed to stay for 2 nights. Our company by Renald and Peter was absolutely perfect and could not have been better. They were particularly distinguished by their warmth and friendliness, but also by their enormous expertise. We talked and laughed a lot, and so very quickly grew into a real community. Conclusion: Thanks to Fahamu Safaris, we experienced breathtaking and unforgettable days in Tanzania. We will certainly have these with us for a lifetime. They really did a great job... thank you for that.
My mother and I had the best experience on this safari for so many reasons. After a day with our driver Jackson we felt like we were with family. He was always asking what we wanted, always checking the radio to find the best experiences to see animals, and made us feel at home even in the Serengeti. We are so grateful to Fahamu Safaris for helping us through challenging travel dilemmas and cannot recommend this company highly enough. If you are doing a safari or any tour in Tanzania, regardless of budget as they can cater to everyone, do yourself a favor and experience this wonderful country with Fahamu safaris.
