Stephen of Realistic Asia was a wonderful advisor. He was very personable and understanding of our group needs and checked in every step of the way to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with our experience. From the moment we were greeted at the airport upon arrival to point we were dropped off for departure, Realistic Asia arranged things so we had no worries and were able to relax and enjoy touring beautiful Vietnam.
The tour was configured so that we saw everything we wanted and more. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly, presenting options and asking questions of what the group interest for the day and ensured that we were comfortable. All accommodations were first rate and the cultural food options provided variety as well as great taste. Exploring the beauty of Vietnam was very rewarding and made possible thanks to the efforts of Stephen, the tour guides and transportation crew as well as the rest of the Realistic Asia staff. Heartily recommend!

First class professionalism, deep historical knowledge combined with kind thoughtful guides and well planned tours.
Realistic Asia put together an incredible and memorable trip using Hanoi as home base and traveling to Sapa, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. Our tour guide (T) and driver (Mike) were two of the sweetest, knowledgeable and kindest people we have ever met. It was a first class experience from tour to car to hotel with every detail though through. The tours were full of historical insights and fascinating information. When the week was over we were sad to say goodbye to our new friends. I can’t say enough about the level of care and professionalism this company puts into selecting its people and the amazing experiences it produces.

Amazing trip to Hanoi Saba, Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay
From the very beginning, working with this travel agency was an outstanding experience. Every question was answered promptly, and the attention to detail and follow-up were exceptional. They put together an incredible trip that exceeded our expectations.
Our guide, T, was absolutely fantastic. His English was excellent, his knowledge of Vietnam’s history and culture was impressive, and he made every stop come alive with fascinating stories. He took wonderful care of us, quickly handled any small issues that arose, and his energy and sense of humor made the entire journey even more enjoyable.
Our driver, Mike, was equally outstanding. He spoke excellent English and provided true VIP service. After every activity, he was waiting with our air-conditioned car, ready to open the door and make sure we were comfortable. Every detail was handled seamlessly.
This was a first-class experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam.

Going the extra mile.
What a fantastic trip. I could not recommend Realistic Asia higher for their support of we two older folk on this trip. Their guides were very insightful and caring and they took us places we would never have found alone. Aside from the trip itself, the “back office “ had connections that helped immensely with one particular need that arose.

Great experience!
We had great time in Vietnam. The organisation was very good! I particularly would like to thank Ivy for her hospitality and great service!
Looking back we would have made some changes to the programme but that’s only our own fault because our research was not thorough enough.

Vietnam and Thailand 13 day adventure
Stephen Hoang Long and the team at Realistic Asia planned our 13 day vacation to Vietnam and Thailand. We have travelled a lot, but have never been to Asia before, so we were excited but nervous. Long took our preferences for accommodations and activities and came up with an incredible vacation plan. We were busy every day doing interesting and unique things. Each of our hotels were top notch. All of the logistics and experiences were well planned and went flawlessly. Long checked in with us during every transfer and activity to make sure we were picked up and that everything was going smoothly. He was always available for any question we had and it was very reassuring knowing that we could reach out at any time on our trip. He even came to meet us at our hotel and introduce himself and brought us a welcome gift! When we come back to Asia for our next vacation, we will definitely contact him again! Thank you Long, for giving us a once in a lifetime vacation!
