Lee and Du were just brilliant. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very professional in everything they did. The scenery was spectacular and the homestays were wonderful. The trip was organized very well by Conical Travel. Kulant was honored our request for a vehicle change, when we were not satisfied with the accommodation, we were driven to a chosen (and also extra paid) accommodation. However, our very young tour guide Dat mastered all difficulties with us brilliantly. Dat let us know a lot about land and people, religion, architecture, culture, nature and religion. We got a lot of delicious food and it was always more than plentiful to eat. We feel we have experienced a piece of authentic Vietnam. Our driver Duc had a hard time: many roads were restricted by heavy rainfall, construction sites, slippery roads and mud were everywhere on the route. Duc drove extremely carefully and we always felt safe. Duc is always in a good mood. It was a pleasure to travel with these two lovely people. We can fully recommend it.

Awesome Experience at Vietnam ... Recently been to Vietnam along with family through Dimaak Tours/Conical travel s. Entire trip was professionally handled in terms of Guides, Drivers, timely pickup/drop, food etc., Guides were quite friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Ms.Windy who coordinated entire trip across Ho Chi Minh, Danang and Hanoi.

This was a fantastic trip, made all the more special by our driver Mr Duc and our guide Alex. They were kind courteous and considerate. We saw sights that some tourists don't see. The scenery was beautiful. We tasted many things at the restaurants and home stays, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The home stays were one of the best things, being welcomed by the families and eating with them and drinking the "happy water". We had fun and laughter and an experience we will never forget. Most of all our thanks go to Alex and Mr Duc. I think they made our trip extra special. Mr Duc is an amazing driver. Alex is very young but despite this he has a very extensive knowledge of history and folklore and kept us entertained. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Our family had an incredible 8-day private tour of Northern Vietnam, expertly organized by Jack from Conical Travel. We explored breathtaking rural mountain areas, stunning Geoparks, waterfalls, caves, and majestic landscapes. A highlight was the luxury cruise in Halong Bay. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, allowing us to experience not only the natural beauty but also the rich history, traditions, cuisine, and customs of the region. Despite the rain and mist, we kept an excellent memory of this trip. The landscapes and places to visit are beautiful. Minh, our guide is very professional and attentive. He knows the region, the history, the culture and made us discover nice experiences during our stops at homestays, local festivals, local meals... So as not to spoil anything, our driver Son is a driving ace.

Our group of six people travelled through the north/west of Vietnam in beautiful landscapes in contact with very friendly populations. It is not only the discovery of a unique natural environment but also the connection with several ethnic groups that inhabit these mountains. The six-day trip organized by Conical travel went perfectly with good travel and accommodation conditions. Meals are taken in local restaurants offering tasty traditional cuisine.
