They cancelled it the last minute and offered a general entry for the next day. We bought the sklp the line ticket and hopefully we will get the refund.

Perfectly organized a lot of fun made
Perfectly organized, very punctual pick up at the hotel. And really came to the lift without queuing and drove up.For the very top floor 54 you would have to show the ticket again and then you could go all the way up.The view was great also due to the good weather.Down it went just as without queuing. I can recommend it.

I actually think this is superior to the Burj Khalifa viewing experience. Worth getting the upgraded experience to access the 54th. The views from there are open air. Also highly recommend splurging for the Fast Track upgrade because you will save tons of time from queuing. At about the half the cost of the more well known Burj Khalifa observatory, it's the better deal.

Awesome view
A good expirence, I went at 1pm and didnt really seem to need the fast pass ticket as there was no one in the other queue, but when I got back down the queue was huge, so think I got lucky !
The view is amazing, but very hot (late april) so you cant stay there very long.

The most perfect sunset view on your first night in Dubai
We attended the view at the palm and decided to pay a little more and go to the highest point of the building; level 54. As we approached the top at sunset, via the stairs, we felt like we were climbing a staircase to paradise. This feeling was created by a gentle breeze, very relaxing music which was playing through the speakers, and the gentle opening up of breathtaking views with every step we took. Level 54 is certainly worth every penny, as it allows you the opportunity to see the palm with completely uninterrupted views. We were the only ones left at the top of the view at the palm by approximately 8pm, which we stayed until closing. During our alone time, we asked the security guard; Feh, to take a series of photos of us, which he was more than happy to accommodate. It was like having a personal photographer. When the palm lit up at night, revealing its jaw dropping, magical design, we decided to re-create our first dance from our wedding, as it was our Honeymoon and we were celebrating one of our Birthday. Again, Feh took the time to record a full video for us and with a smile on his face, complimented our dance and described how it made his evening even nicer. We were very fortunate to be the only ones left, as it allowed Feh to be able to video us without having to keep an eye on everything. This was the perfect way to end our first night in Dubai, thanks to fantastic views, incredible weather, a cosy ambiance and the assistance of a very helpful member of staff. Thanks view at the palm and thanks Feh!

Better view from the higher floor. No view obstruction.
Highly recommended. Fog in the morning. 11 am is a good time. Interesting surroundings. Will come back next time.
