Let’s just say the service on what’s app is terrible. They are very rude. Our trip got cancelled one day before starting the trip and didn’t got informed about it at all. When we found out and texted them, they basically said it got cancelled.. (probably because it was overbooked). We didn’t got an explanation, an alternative or anything..
Amazing tour with well decorated crew and their friendly hospitality made a trip to remember. A must do in Vietnam
