Krakow is a great place for a great break,the food and drink are all at reasonable prices plus the People are always very polite and helpful, and thire are some great places to visit in the surrounding areas. I enjoyed every moment of my stay.Also the people at escape to Poland are great.
Krakow with the visits to Auschwitz and Salt Mines was very worthwhile, organized and enjoyable. Zakapane was good, thermal pools was delightful. I was disappointed that I did not know that our transfer from Krakow to Zakopane would include shopping stops [wood carver]. Had I known that I would have had more cash and could have really bought some wonderful hand crafted items.
