We had a reservation at 9:00. Met the guide from Accord at the specified spot- Viator farmed it out to this local group . The guide told us there was a glitch and someone was just then waiting in line for the tickets. Hum… the trip was booked much in advance. We waited about an hour and then were told to come into a huge line where people had been waiting for hours. Needless to say the others in line were not happy when a handful of us just butted in the front as directed by the guide. We were yelled and cursed at by the people in line and also yelled at by the museum worker. We really thought at some point someone in line would get physical with us. The guide wasn’t even there to witness any of this since he was inside doing whatever at the ticket window. Finally entered the museum an hour and a half after the specified line. This wasn’t skip the line … it was butt in front and pray you weren’t attacked by an angry mob!!! Also had an issue with the promised audio guide for the museum which kept erroring out . No problem with pitti palace but no digital guide às mentioned in the description.

So Much Beauty and History in One Place
First, the tour is amazing. The architecture, art, furnishings, culture, city are spectacular. Second, wear very comfortable shoes, you will do a lot of walking. Well worth it! Good for you heart and soul.

Not Recommend
If you do not have a strong internet signal it is almost impossible to get the tickets confirmation with the URL to come up. The staff at the Palace was not helpful at all and turned us away, even though they could see the booking in my phone. We had a multi day pass. We had to pay to have the passes printed and then go back the next day. The Palace was closed on the 2nd day. The gardens are being renovated and we’re not able to be enjoyed. I would not recommend a combo tour. Instead just buy the tickets to the Uffizzi.

Worth the Crowds
The Uffizi is a great experience. But be prepared for large crowds. There are a number of stairs involved as well. But all worth it when standing in front of a Raphael or Botticelli. Truly once in a lifetime experience.

Incredible Art, Architecture and Scenery
Must see parts of Florence. The Uffizi is amazing, but also Pitti Palace and Gardens are not to be missed!

You may want to take a guided tour of Pitti Palace
We took several guided tours throughout our stay in Italy. I had read that guides will hurry you through the Uffizi and we wanted time to wander there. Purchased a combo ticket for a timed entrance to the Uffizi with later access to the Pitti Palace and the Boboli Gardens. I’m happy with our decision to leisurely wander the Uffizi, but I think I would have gotten more out of a guided tour at the palace and gardens. Loved seeing everything, I just like learning more about what I’m looking at while I’m looking at it.
