Your tour guide, Alberta, was incredibly helpful. She not only possesses deep knowledge of the art pieces at the Palazzo Pitti, but her acute observations and witty humor were also greatly appreciated. On a personal note, she took excellent care of me when I had to be hospitalized. She acted as my translator on the spot and handled all the necessary arrangements. Her reassurance and calm voice were invaluable. She even went out of her way to ensure the other tourists felt comfortable. I never expected that joining a tour would provide not only a knowledgeable local guide, but also someone who could offer such vital support during a medical emergency.
Camilla was a great guide, very knowledgeable and patient! The palace and gardens was beautiful. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

It was hands down the best tour I’ve done in Italy so far, so much information and out guide structured the tour to our interests. We were lucky there was only 5 of us, but wow what a tour.
Camille was very knowledgeable about renaissance art, the Medici family and gave a fabulous tour. Don’t miss the Boboli gardens.
Extensive collection of art works and the building itself has so much detail on the ceilings and walls it is overwhelming. The gardens are beautiful and well planned, offering visitors a chance to experience nature in a treeless city.
This was a great tour in itself but the best part was our guide who was very knowledgeable and kind.
The guide was very engaging and informative. The palace is sobering to see however the gardens are not what we expected and would not worry about paying for a tour to see this section.
It was a great tour. The gardens are rather boring. The rooms filled with art and the history of the house was very interesting. The gardens were very plain with patches of native plants.
