The place is very mediocre. It looks great at first, so you expect a high-level spa experience, but unfortunately, it doesn’t deliver. The place itself is huge, but the variety of facilities is surprisingly poor. The outdoor park is large and the outdoor pools are nice, but inside there are only a few very traditional facilities: a dry sauna, a steam room, and a room with an ice-covered floor. That’s basically it. To make matters worse, another sauna was out of service, as was one of the pools. Considering the price they charge and the already limited variety of facilities, I don’t think they can afford to have several of them out of service. In other spas I’ve visited, there are usually refreshment stations offering a selection of teas and herbal infusions, flavored or infused water, as well as fruit, dried fruit, and nuts. Here, there was just one station with tap water and a lukewarm herbal infusion. Even after the massage, they offered only cold water with tea bags — as if tea bags are supposed to infuse properly in cold water. Overall, the experience simply doesn’t justify the price. I wouldn’t go back and would definitely choose another spa instead.
