Cozymealを通じて開催されるこの没入型クラスでは、トロントで手打ち寿司の優雅さをご覧ください。 8名限定のワークショップでは、5コースのメニューを通して、必須の日本語メソッドを学びます。 ご準備いただくメニューは、 ・前菜：豆腐とネギと海苔の味噌汁 ・巻き寿司：海鮮と野菜の浦巻 ・手巻き ：マグロやエビの辛い手巻き -まき : かっぱきゅうり巻き ・デザート：季節のフィリング入り自家製餅アイス 寿司職人の指導のもと、包丁の技やご飯の仕込み、転がしの技術をマスターし、日本語の味を家庭の台所に。

This sushi class was one of the highlights of our trip to Toronto. The chef was so friendly and made everything feel easy and fun. We made a variety of sushi rolls and even learned how to make mochi ice cream from scratch. The vibe was relaxed and hands-on and the food turned out amazing. I never thought I could make sushi myself, let alone mochi. Highly recommended.
