JungleRoam offers exceptional value for money with very reasonable pricing, and the overall tour was well-organized. My itinerary included 1.5 days of game drives in Masai Mara, a half-day in Lake Nakuru, and a boat trip in Lake Naivasha, all of which were great experiences. There is one logistical issue to note: on the first day, I had to wait for 3 hours before departure. This felt like a waste of valuable time and could definitely be managed better to improve the customer experience. Our tour guide, Elias, was extremely responsible and friendly. He did his absolute best to handle all arrangements smoothly and ensure we were well taken care of. The experience would have been even better if he had shared more in-depth knowledge about the wildlife during the drives. Hearing more about the animals' behaviors would have helped me gain a deeper understanding of the local ecology. Overall, considering the competitive pricing and the full itinerary, it delivered unmatched value for money, and I truly appreciate the team's effort.

Our guide was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly passionate about the wildlife and nature. They made the entire experience even more special and always made sure we felt safe, comfortable, and enjoyed every moment. Great experience on safari tours. There should be a clearer information regarding the time spending on the attractions places like Crescent island. Big praise on guide Johny for his exceptional wildlife-spotting skills and deep knowledge on animals. Attentive in answering questions and you will definitely feel safe under his guide.

Had a great safari experience! Johny was friendly, patient, and always on time. He was very dedicated to finding animals and never rushed us, making sure we had the best possible sightings. The safari car was also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

What happened to us during these five unforgettable days felt like a whole little lifetime of its own. Going on safari and seeing the Big Five is one of those dreams that almost everyone has at some point in their life. We had been planning this trip for a long time and spent quite a while choosing the right company and guide — and we were incredibly lucky to find Jungle Roam Safari. From the very beginning, the team was quick to respond and offered us several options for different budgets and itineraries. We chose three days of safari in the Masai Mara, followed by two days exploring Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru. On the day we arrived, our guide Jimmy met us at the airport — and that’s when our adventure truly began. Jimmy is either an incredibly professional guide or he somehow magically attracts all the animals… most likely both! 😄 During these days, not only did we see all of the Big Five, but also more than 20 other species of animals. Everything was perfectly organized and always on time — no delays, no waiting, just enjoying every moment of the journey. Without a doubt, this was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. I would absolutely recommend Jungle Roam Safari, and especially Jimmy, to anyone dreaming of experiencing a safari in Kenya. ❤️

He has been a kind, polite, and approachable person at all times, always with an excellent attitude and attentive to us. One of the things we valued most was his constant concern for our safety and well-being. At all times he was attentive to ensuring we were well taken care of, comfortable, and enjoying the trip, conveying a great sense of protection and trust. In addition, we want to especially highlight his excellent driving. Taking into account the sometimes complicated state of the roads in Kenya, he always drove with great caution, safety, and professionalism, making us feel calm during all the trips. Without a doubt, he has been a fundamental part of making our trip such a wonderful experience. We take away a fantastic memory of Kenya and, of course, of him as well. Best thing about our trip: our tour guy, 'Big Ali'. He was like our father for 6 day. He is funny, outgoing and deliver greatly. We saw the Big 5s. Everything was according to the plan. We couldn't be happier with the accomodations. The group was amazing!!!
