From the moment our journey began, our guide and safari driver, Kush, made us feel comfortable, safe, and excited for the adventure ahead. His friendliness and professionalism truly stood out throughout the trip. Kush is an extremely experienced safari guide who knows the parks and wildlife incredibly well. Thanks to his deep knowledge and sharp instincts, we were able to spot the Big Five animals during our safari, which was a dream come true for us. He seemed to know exactly where to go and patiently guided us to the best locations for wildlife sightings. Every game drive was exciting because Kush always ensured we had the best possible views and enough time to enjoy the moment. We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and Hell’s Gate National Park, and each destination was beautifully planned. Kush also shared interesting information about the animals, nature, and the parks, which made the experience even more meaningful. This trip was truly special because of Kush’s dedication, passion, and expertise. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning a safari in Kenya. He made our safari memorable, enjoyable, and something we will cherish forever.

My experience was extraordinary not only for the safari but for the treatment received, professionalism and attention Safe payment, very responsible always on time Both the pick up from our hotel until the end of our safari all deal 💯🔝 I have to highlight the work of the driver and our guide Brian that in this case we hired ones for us only with Spanish speaking to feel more comfortable and understand everything and the truth was the best decision took care of us at all times and made our stay the Major I am even thinking of sending my mother and niece to do the safari with them but about do it with Brian that I know they will be in good hands Thank you so much for everything you have made my experience unforgettable 🫂❤️

I found it totally perfect, the accommodations were great, highlight especially bryan, bryan was our guide and Spanish translator, he is an incredible person, attentive, took great care of us and explained everything about this incredible country and its animals, I would definitely repeat and with this magnificent company, our driver and bryan that made us enjoy this trip at a level of 10

It was an amazing experience. Comunication with Jungleroam Safari was perfect. The safaris were amacing, specially for me Masai Mara Reserve was incredible. We saw big 5 thanks to our amacing driver Denis. He helped us a lot and explaining everything. Thanks to him we could see the leopard and cheeta like in a movie. I would really recomend this experience and congratulation to Denis for being such a good driver, guide and good person!

A unique experience, sleeping in a tent with the minimum, visiting Masai Mara that has been indescribable. All the excursions have been amazing! I really liked it and our guide Denis.... Wordless... giving us 100% every day, super punctual, super attentive and with very enriching and constructive conversations. Simply put... I loved it. The tasty food, without much variety but it is so in all the bars and hotels where we have stopped. I understand it will be the food served to the foreigner. Very good salads. I would do it a thousand times more, but I would stay in Masai Mara for more days.

We recently concluded a 5-day private safari covering Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Lake Naivasha in December 26th-30th 2025, beautifully arranged by Jungle Roam Safaris, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. We were travelling as a family with our aged parents, and the entire trip was handled with great care, comfort, and professionalism. During the safari, we spent four nights in total- two nights at Sankale Camp, one night at Buraha Zenoni, and one night at Chambai Safari Camp. All the accommodations were well-selected, comfortable, and conveniently located, making our journey both relaxing and enjoyable. A special mention must go to our guide, Jeff, who was absolutely terrific throughout the journey. His deep knowledge of wildlife, geography, and local insights truly elevated our safari experience. Our successful sightings of cheetahs in Masai Mara and rhinos in Lake Nakuru were largely due to his expertise and the excellent coordination he maintained with fellow guides via radio communication. He was always attentive to our parents’ comfort and adjusted the pace whenever required, which we genuinely appreciated. I must also acknowledge that, as guests, we were not the easiest group to manage, especially while travelling with elderly family members, but Jeff accommodated all our requests patiently and without any hesitation, always maintaining a positive and reassuring attitude. A special thanks to Mike from Jungle Roam Safaris, who was extremely responsive throughout the planning phase. He promptly addressed all my queries, shared valuable insights, and even went the extra mile to assist with booking our train tickets from Mombasa to Nairobi, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Additionally, the pricing offered by Jungle Roam Safaris was very competitive and comparatively more affordable than other safari agencies, without any compromise on service quality or experience. Overall, Jungle Roam Safaris delivered a well-organized, comfortable, value-for-money, and highly personalized safari experience. Highly recommended! 🌍🦁🐘
