Incredible safari! 3 days in masai Mara was perfect and Johny was the best guide. Highly recommend booking with him if you can!

I had an amazing safari with JungleRoam Safaris! We saw so many animals, including lions, cheetahs with their cubs and a leopard—it was an unforgettable experience. Kush was a friendly and knowledgeable guide and made the trip even more enjoyable. I’d happily recommend JungleRoam Safaris and Kush to anyone planning a safari in Kenya!

Had a great time on the 3 day group safari through JungleRoam Safaris. Got assigned Kush as our guide/driver extraordinaire. He was very knowledgeable on the Masai and it's animals, went out of his way ensure we got to see the big 5, and everything else. He made the trip smooth sailing and enjoyable. Action packed few days, was nice to not have think about anything as the tour operator took care of everything from pick up at hotel, all fees included and drop off to hotel post safari. Would recommend the operator to friends, the Masai is a must see.

I would like to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude to Jungle Roam Safari in Kenya for giving me what has truly been one of the most incredible experience of my entire life. A very special thank you goes to Elias Oredo our safari driver, and Brian Nzalu, our Spanish-speaking guide. They were absolutely exceptional and played a huge part in making our safari an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, Elias and Brian showed incredible professionalism, patience, knowledge, kindness, and most importantly a genuine passion for the African wilderness. Thanks to them, we were able to experience something beyond what we had imagined. We saw lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, rhinoceros, buffalos, wildebeest, gazelles, hyenas, giraffes, and so many other magnificent animals in their natural habitat. What impressed me most was watching Elias navigate through the Maasai Mara National Reserve. He seemed to know exactly where to go and where to look, constantly searching for opportunities for us to see the animals up close while always respecting the wildlife and environment. We were incredibly fortunate to witness some truly extraordinary scenes of nature-including predators hunting and animals struggling to survive and provide for their young. Seeing these moments unfold right in front of us was breathtaking and something I carry in my memory forever. I have traveled to many places around the world, but I can honestly say that this safari was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Elias was no simple a driver, and Brian was not simple our guide. They became an essential part of a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will always remember with enormous gratitude. THANK YOU, Elias for your incredible driving skills, dedication and determination to make sure we saw the very best of the Maasai Mara. Thank you, Brian, for your knowledge, your Spanish, your kindness, and helping us understand and appreciate the incredible world of African wildlife. And thank you to Jungle Roam Safari for assigning us two such extraordinary professionals. Great Safari from Jungle roam. The camp (Wildnest) was excellent and especially them food. The safari itself was top notch, we had an excellent driver Richie. I think we did 4 hours on day one ( worth it as sunset is when a lot of the animals are coming out) and 8 hours on day 2 and we say every animal we could have wished for. Recommend.

We had a wonderful three-day safari in the Masai Mara with Kush. He really understands the animals and their behaviour. He seemed to know where they would go before we did, and always found us a wonderful spot to watch them. It was my son Koen’s dream to see the Big Five. Seeing his dream come true, and being able to share those moments with him and the rest of our family, made the trip especially precious to me. Kush was calm, kind and attentive throughout. Thank you for a safari we’ll always remember!

We spent three days on safari in the Masai Mara with Kush, and I’ll remember the wildlife for the rest of my life. But the moment that says the most about him happened after the safari was over. On our way back, I mentioned that my mother in the Netherlands had been hoping I could bring her miswak sticks from Africa. After a six-hour drive, with Nairobi traffic building and the day getting late, Kush took us into the city to look for them. When we couldn’t find any, he parked and walked with me to a small market. We found the sticks there, and the lovely people at the stall even gave them to us for free. Kush also bought us goji and baobab berries to try as a gift. That kindness was so characteristic of him. We didn’t always understand each other immediately, but I never had to ask twice to feel how much he cared. Throughout the safari, he was calm, thoughtful and attentive, and he made the whole experience feel personal. The animals were unforgettable, but so was Kush. Thank you for taking such good care of us. Five stars for Kush and JungleRoam!

Booking with JungeRoam was easy and fast, they are highly responsive throughout the booking process. Our pick up in Nairobi was a bit delayed, however it was made up during the drive to Maasai Mara and the number of animals we got to see. Johny knows every bush in the entire park, and knows exactly where to find which animal. Got to see 4/5 of the big five, and even witnessed a lioness hunt. We had high expectations, but the overall experience even exceeded them. We also had the Maasai Village visit on our last day, which was an interesting experience that we can recommend. Can absolutely recommend JungleRoam Safaris as they offers high value for money, are very reliable and gave us an overall amazing experience.

We did a 3-day safari in the Masai Mara with my girlfriend and my parents, and Kush was our guide and driver the whole time. I really wanted to see all the big predators, and we did: lion, cheetah and leopard. We even saw a cheetah hunt and a lion hunt live, in front of us. Honestly one of the most special things I’ve ever experienced, and everyone in the car felt the same. What stood out most was one moment with the lions. While all the other vehicles parked in the same spot, Kush chose a completely different position. He told us he knows the lions better than anyone. And he was right: the lions walked straight towards us, and all the other rangers had to move over to our spot. We ended up with a front row seat. Kush comes across as a calm and very friendly man, but you quickly notice how much he knows. He spotted animals long before we did and always seemed to know where to go, so we saw almost everything on our wishlist. We also learned a lot from him about pretty much every species we came across. He was flexible whenever we wanted to stay longer at a sighting, and he drove safely and comfortably, which mattered with my parents in the car. He also took care of all the practical things, so we never had to worry about anything. The vehicle, lodge, food and communication were all well organised. I would gladly go with Kush and JungleRoam again. 5 stars!

An excellent guide and a wonderful person We had a fantastic safari with Kush from JungleRoam. He is a very calm, patient and kind person, with an incredible knowledge of the wildlife and the Masai Mara. What we especially appreciated was his quiet and relaxed approach. He never rushed us and always took the time to look carefully for wildlife and to give us the best possible experience. He has an excellent eye for spotting animals and clearly knows the area very well. Kush is also a very careful and skilled driver, and we always felt safe and comfortable with him. His passion for wildlife, patience and respectful way of approaching the animals made our safari truly special.
