The worst experience of my life as a traveler. I have never been so nervous due to the uncertainty of not knowing if there would be a safari each day. Until I made the reservation and paid, Brian was very attentive; once paid, it was a tremendous disaster. He left us stranded at the airport, just arrived at dawn. No one came to pick us up at the airport. That's when my stress and the anxiety that comes from knowing you are in a country you don't know, late at night, began, and he didn't answer a single one of my calls. I had to pay for a taxi, which thank goodness there were some at that hour and I was able to get to my hotel, but it was a service that the safari included, and I had to pay again, but the worst part was the feeling that it could be a scam and that I would be left without a safari, well, that was just the beginning. The rest of the days, completely incommunicado, no one told us pickup times, not even the guides themselves knew, so we would get up very early and wait in the lobby for hours for someone to come and pick us up. On the other hand, after paying for the entire safari, Brian wrote to me to tell me that one of the hotels he already had booked for me was full by mistake and he changed my accommodation, but far from him assuming his error, or that of the accommodation, he forced me to pay the difference under coercion that if I didn't pay, one of the days he would leave me without a Safari because that money was necessary to pay the park entrance fees, which I verified was not true, because the guides entered directly because the reservation was already made. The truth is that during the 5 days, I felt, in addition to the nerves of the misinformation in a country you don't know and in remote places, total abandonment and the feeling that he didn't care at all as a client; once paid, he forgot about the matter. So I do not recommend it at all. There are many safari companies in the area and I know for a fact that the service is much better, although compared to this company, anyone is better, so I am making this post because I don't want anyone to go through what I went through, when you book a safari in Tanzania, you do it with all the excitement in the world because the safari is an incredible experience, and everything goes wrong due to the lack of professionalism of this man and his agency. A true embarrassment of an organization.
