We took a 5-day trip to Egypt organized by the local agency Sun Pyramids Tours, which we booked through the Evaneos platform. The itinerary included 3 days in Cairo and 2 days in Luxor. Arriving in Egypt (Thursday night), Mohammed (Italian) picked us up at the airport and took us to the hotel. He was very polite and friendly, and speaks perfect Spanish, which overall made a great impression. He also picked us up at Cairo Airport upon our return from Luxor. We were in touch by messaging app the whole time. Very attentive and friendly. The first day (Friday), and the last two days (Monday and Tuesday) we were in Cairo. Our guide was Amani and our driver Hamana, both very friendly and professional, made our visit exceptional. In those 3 days we visited with them The Pyramids of Giza, Memphis, Sakkara (step pyramid), Grand Egyptian Museum, Khan El-Kahlili Bazaar, Saladin Citadel, Islamic Cairo and Coptic neighborhood. All impressive and very well explained by our guide Amani, in perfect Spanish. The accommodation during our stay in cairo was at the Remal Pyramids hotel in Giza. The rooms very spacious and comfortable, and once again we received exceptional treatment from all its employees. On the second and third day (Saturday and Sunday), we were in Luxor. He picked us up from Mohamed Airport. Very friendly, helpful and polite. He was attentive to us and our needs during our stay in Luxor. Our guide was Ahmed and our drivers were Mohamed and Mahmoud. With them we visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak, the valley of the kings and the temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Just like in Cairo all impressive and explained concisely in perfect Spanish by our guide Ahmed. We stayed one night at Ibrohotel Luxor. Spacious and comfortable room with balcony, treatment of the hotel staff fantastic. Also mention that the hotel has a garden overlooking the Nile and ATM. As a result, both in Cairo and Luxor, the punctuality of the transfers was exceptional. In conclusion, we spent 5 magnificent days in Egypt, on a trip of discovery organized by Sun Pyramids Tours, in which the charm and majesty of past and current Egyptian culture was dressed by the group of people assigned to us by the agency and to which we aggregate the treatment and professionalism. They made us feel very comfortable and safe at all times 100% recommended.

I booked the Karnak Temple Sound and Light Show through Sun Pyramid Tours. Our guide, Mohamed, picked us up from the hotel accompanied by his driver, Mahmoud. From the very beginning, it was clear how fortunate we were to have Mohamed as our guide. He is genuinely friendly, extremely professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, but more than that, he went above and beyond to make the experience personal and truly special for my girlfriend and me. Mohamed’s passion, attention to detail, and genuine care turned what could have been a standard tour into a memorable and meaningful experience. The Sound and Light Show itself was fantastic and absolutely worth visiting, but Mohamed’s guidance is what elevated the entire evening. We didn’t just meet a guide — we met a true friend, and we feel very lucky to have shared this experience with him.

Wonderful show of lights and sound at the Karnak temple. Outstanding customer service. Omar personally took us to the gates of Karnak Temple and guided us until we got in safe. After the show he took us to the market and walked us inside the souk, the long stretch of market bazaar and made sure we were not harassed by market traders. Omar and the driver were very pleasant and approachable and always willing to help. They also willingly stopped so we could get and try some local baked goodies.

The Egyptologist was very knowledgeable and took me to all the sites I wanted and even a couple additional stops. Egypt is truly magical.

We had the opportunity to visit Cairo and its beauties with Omar (for the city and its culinary treasures) and Walid for the historical/artistic part! Both lovely people, speak excellent Italian and allow you to better appreciate these special places! Absolutely recommended! Thanks to Omar and Walid;)

The route along the Nile, the river that was the lifeblood of ancient Egyptian civilization, allowed us to explore wonderful temples such as Philae in Aswan, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and the magnificent Temple of Kom Ombo, unique in its kind because it is dedicated to two gods at the same time: Sobek and Horus. Arriving in Luxor, the ancient Thebes, we were speechless in front of the temples of Karnak and Luxor, masterpieces of Egyptian architecture, and the visit to the Valley of the Kings was exciting, a touching moment among the tombs of the pharaohs, including that of Tutankhamun. Superlative travel agency and absolutely recommended! They made us experience dream days, perfectly organizing all the trips and even the internal flight to Luxor. A special mention to Israa, who organized everything to perfection and was very helpful and kind for the entire duration of the trip, as well as being able to include all the fundamental stages, despite the little time available; to Yunis who was a very thoughtful and nice companion. And finally the guide is Emad, with incredible competence as well as his great friendliness and friendliness. Highly recommended to better experience this fantastic land that is Egypt!

I contacted the Sun Pyramids Tour agency via the Evaneos website. With the operator Ahmed we immediately agreed well thanks to the fact that he speaks and writes in good Italian. He met my requests trying to satisfy them and we built a 7 day trip with 3 nights in Cairo in a good hotel (Hilton Zamalek that I also recommend for dinner), 1 night in Luxor in a great hotel on the Nile (Iberotel) and finally one night in Alexandria in a bad 4 star hotel-Cherry Marysky (very worn, unironed sheets, lack of western standardizzod, sigh!) that I promptly reported to the agency. We were two couples of friends always accompanied by a guide who spoke Italian with a car with a private driver. The trip included guided tours to Cairo (Pyramids, Museum, Saqqara, Melfi, Citadel, Coptic Quarter, Grand Bazaar..), Luxor (Temples, Tombs..), Alexandria (Citadel, Library, Pompey Site, Catacombs), Half Board Service and Cairo-Luxor domestic flight to/from Cairo. Overall all at a great price! However, there were some unforgivable shortcomings: -The Italian guide in Cairo was quite old and struggled to move but above all spoke a stunted Italian with limited knowledge - Twice at the airport (arrival from Italy and return from Luxor) the person who was supposed to welcome us on our arrival was not present (this is not pleasant...) and arrived only after our reports to the agency - The car that took us from Cairo to Alexandria halfway to the broke down and we were two hours late waiting for the replacement car. But let's say that it can happen .. is that put together with the other flaws meant that the evaluation was not excellent. Of course the country is not simple and life is difficult, certain standards are not easy to obtain. Let's hope they improve!
