Jose and Marisol made sure we had the best experience of our lifetime. They were very generous in sharing with us their knowledge about the Inca civilization while we explored Machu Picchu, Cuzco and several archeological sites on the Sacred Valley. They provided us with great deal of detail to explain to us how life was back then. They also took very good care of all of us while we ascended to Humantay Lake and to the 7-color Mountain. They gave us all the information we needed to prepare properly for our journey and were very caring of our physical condition while ascending. During the entire trip, they made sure we had lots of fun while staying safe. I had a great experience with Jose as my guide in Peru. He did an excellent job teaching me about everything we were seeing and explaining the history, culture, and significance behind the places we visited. Jose was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole trip much more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving us a great experience. Jose created a custom 7 day trip for our school group, and did an amazing job. Jose was one of the most knowledgeable tour guides I ever had. Marisol was so fun to hang out with and great support! The whole team was amazing with gourmet level food and awesome driver. We saw several archaeological sites, a beautiful waterfall, and Machu Picchu. Jose was great to work with and was able to pivot to meet our groups needs in the moment, including coordinating attending a professional football (soccer game) in Cusco at the last minute. 10/10 would recommend this company!

My son and I had the most incredible experience with our exceptional guides, Marisol and Jose with Discover Pachamama Peru, when we visited Cusco, a Llama Rescue/ farm, The Sacred Valley, Cusco city tour, Sawsaywaman, Machu Picchu, Humantay Lake and Rainbow Mountain. From the very beginning, our guides made our trip so truly enriching. They. made us feel so safe, cared for and were so informative We wholeheartedly recommend choosing this couple as your guides. We left Peru with a deeper appreciaetion for the culture and the history of this area. Marisol and Jose were so knowledgeable, informative and professional. In Cusco, Maribel took us on a walking trip through the city seeing all the highlights, What fun it was to go to their open market and getting to enjoy their local restaurants. It was fascinating to hear about the Inca history and all the traditions in their culture. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive to visit a Llama rescue and Llama farm. Both were unforgettable and we were absorbed in their colorful clothing and learning about their life traditions that continue on and will never be a part of their culture forever. Another highlight was getting to visit the Maras Salt Mines. Another incredible day getting to see the Mara the salt pans carved into the mountainside that have been passed down from generations and a unique part of Peru's heritage. As we traveled on to the beautiful Sacred Valley, we learned about the Andeau traditions, agriculture and got to see the breathtaking views. We had many opportunities to ask questions and take photos. Our guide was so informative and knowledgeable. Another incredible adventure for us! Machu Picchu was absolutely magical as we took the (music, dancing, food ) train to this remarkable area. It was an unforgettable day and we owe this to our wonderful guides giving us the opportunity to explore and see this incredible area and getting to hear about all the history as we hiked around this amazing area.
