Tour guide was very knowledgeable. She was aware of details.
Need to be more specific with on-off sites. For example if there would be a stop in the downtown area or not and time.
Changes were made and no clear communication provided.
Her old fashioned style in communicating was very unwelcoming not providing a smooth feeling. Adults were on the tour not children.
Besides her terrible attitude the cities we were in w amazing, what an experience .
The driver was marvelous. Always smiling, pleasant, profess. Yanny’s 1. Later on another driver with same name joined out route.

Our guide Fanery, in addition to having incredible knowledge of Greece, its culture, history, traditions, gastronomy... has been an invaluable help, which has helped make the trip more unforgettable. She has been attentive to all our needs at all times. In short, a true professional and a wonderful person.
On the other hand, our driver Juan junior has been very professional.

Greece is a wonder
I thought it was a very well-organized tour by Artytours. Transfers, food, hotels, etc. And both Juan the driver and our guide Magdalena, both of great human quality, approachable, and their professionalism. Magdalena is a treasure, her explanations, her knowledge, everything in detail. In addition to her humor, her patience, making the trip a combination of her wisdom and her humanity, something to repeat again. Thank you for sharing Greece with us.
