The tour of Delphi and Meteora were wonderful, very pleasant and informative tour guides. The hotels on Santorini and Mykonos were wonderful. Only a couple hiccups, the tour company gave the car service the wrong information twice. Pick up time to bring us to the ferry was wrong, we waited 15 minutes and called the car service and they were told 1 pm pick up for the 1:05 ferry but they were very pleasant to deal with. And another car service was told the wrong hotel but we noticed when they went to drop us off and they brought us to the correct one. The tour company should double check their information given to car service.
I had a horrible emergency that required Me to leave your Monday one and was unsuccessful on receiving a partial refund of my payment for the tour that I was only on one
Dear Kari, I am very sorry that you had to cut your trip short for personal reasons, but as you understand, all the services were under a non-refundable cancellation policy. Unfortunately, neither the hotels in Mykonos and Santorini nor the tickets were eligible for a refund. We are truly sorry for this, and we hope that you are in good health. Mike & Sharon: Private Tours Greece (PTG) put this tour and other activities in Greece together to form a tailored 14-day private package for our 40 years anniversary trip. It provided the drivers picked us up at Athens airport, accompanied us for the 6-day tour to ancient Greece and private Athens tour, transported us between hotels and ports in the island tour, , and sent us to the Athens airport in the early morning when we left Greece.
