Friendly driver & immaculate vehicle
I highly recommend setting up airport transport ahead of your arrival. It will save you time and hassle. We were going to Ko Olina and having prearranged this pick up was a life saver. Friendly service and immaculate vehicle to ride in.

Fantastic service!
Wonderful experience!! Our driver met us at baggage claim even when our flight was delayed. Clean vehicle, top notch service. Very highly recommended

Perfect experience!
Everything worked out great. Communication was perfect and our driver Ethan was waiting for us with leis for all. Van was right outside baggage claim and in no time we were on our way to the Aulani resort in Ko Olina. Highly recommend!

Regret Booking This
Don't book this unless you want to feel like you're being scammed, standing outside the airport, wondering where your ride is. I booked a transfer from HNL to Aulani, and they did not provide me with any instructions on where to go for pickup. They claimed they tried to ask my "travel agent," but I booked through an OTA (Chase Travel), so they must not have a system in place to collect contact information through this booking method. Moreover, when I tried to contact them myself, none of the methods worked. I called, and the automated voice said someone would call back, but no one did. I used the chat feature and got a text that someone would respond shortly, but no one did. I called three more times asking to be transferred to a representative, and my call was dropped three times. I walked to the pickup spot that their website says you should go to, and our driver wasn't there. For a service that's more than twice the price of a Lyft, you should really just take a Lyft. Their response to my complaint was bad too.

For clarification, your reservation was made through Chase Travel/Viator. As the travel agency of record, they do not release passengers’ direct contact details to us, even when requested. This limited our ability to send you text instructions in advance. Our driver was on-site at baggage claim at the time your flight landed, holding a greeting sign as scheduled. When she was unable to locate you there, she eventually found you at the Pre-Arranged #1 area and completed the transfer to Aulani. We regret that the difficulty reaching our phone system caused additional stress, and we are already reviewing improvements to our communications. At the same time, the service was fulfilled as booked: your driver was present, and your family was safely transferred.
