DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM! Where do i begin, My husband has stage 4 heart failure. He wanted to do something romantic for me. It sucks he trusted these incompetent non english speaking crooks to plan that moment for me. My husband booked a 4 hour yacht plus decorations for $320 which looked like my dog could have done a better job. They literally went to the dollar store and blew up some balloons. First there was no ac and. The decorations looked like crap the so called yacht was dirty and the captain spoke no english. Even their captain was saying he lost so much money dealing with these people. There was no ac but ac vents in there they put these dirty fans on the bed and told my husband the ac broke that morning. Don’t take my word for it but if you ever choose this company make sure you see the yacht before hand. How do you have a person that speaks no English to be a captain and host a cruise. We fully intend to sue them for all the mental anguish and our money amongst other organizations we will look into for this crooked scam.

This particular boat is not equipped with air conditioning, and it was never advertised as having A/C. As stated in our website's FAQ: "Some of our boats do have air conditioning, but not all—especially our older or budget-friendly options. If A/C is a must for you, just ask! We're happy to guide you to the best fit." We also want to clarify that the decorations provided were exactly the package that was purchased. Your husband selected our Basic Decoration Package, along with two customized champagne glasses as add-ons. While we understand that personal preferences vary, the decorations matched the package that was reserved. For future guests: if you're looking for a more elaborate setup, we encourage you to review our decoration brochure before booking. We offer several decoration packages with different levels of customization and are always happy to help you choose the option that best matches your vision. We are especially disappointed by the comments referring to our crew as "non-English speaking crooks." Our captains are licensed, experienced professionals, and we do not believe someone's qualifications or integrity should be judged based on whether English is their first language.
