- 遅延ポリシー: 船長は、運航を妨げずに待機することが可能かどうかを判断します。 決定は船長の独自の裁量に委ねられます。
- 欠席した場合の罰則: 大幅な遅延は「ノーショー」として扱われ、特に遅延が所要時間、安全性、または物流に影響を与える場合は、払い戻しなしで旅行がキャンセルされる可能性があります。
- 主な推奨事項: 問題を避けるため、予約した出発時刻の 15 分前に到着してください。
- 悪天候の場合を除き、旅行当日のキャンセルや日程変更はお受けできません。

Great experience in the end. Loved Christian, the captain I picked. He was great with our two dogs friendly, designed the perfect 3 hrs for what we wanted (chill, good pictures). We even managed to locate a small dolphin pod. Just be aware, this tour you are renting a private boat and a captain separately. Great deal, just a few extra steps you need.
