The trip was fantastic. Our tour guide was both helpful and knowledgeable. Every meal was excellent. We especially loved the time we spent staying and dining at the guesthouse in Saty Village.

Our guide was Alex, he was knowledgeable, pleasant to be around, reliable and patient. He really made our trip to remember. We visited both Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan and both countries have a lot to offer. I definitely recommend 👌.

Well organized tour. With a good car and English speaking Guide who also understood Dutch humor. Beautiful scenery what you get to see also from the off-beaten paths in a safe way.

We had a very bad time with the agency. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding about the price. By email they had confirmed a price to me but then they wanted about 250 dollars more (I have the email with the confirmation of the price) The "guide" was basically a "driver" and used his cell phone a lot while driving (I have photos) Some things included in the program have not been done, without giving explanations except at our insistence. (For privacy I don't publish the photos of the driver looking at his mobile while driving)

We did this 5 day tour last week and it was JUST AWESOME! Yeldar was a good guide who told us many exciting stories. In the tour everything is included, overnight stays, food, admission, ride and petrol. So definitely worth his money, as everything was also of high quality! There were four of us (with guide for five) on the road and in the SUV our 4 large luggage and 4 backpacks had good space. Also, the air conditioning was really very good! We had even asked if we could spend a night in the yurt, which was not planned according to the plan and that was also possible at no extra charge. Of all the attractions, I'm not even starting here, you have to see it for yourself! Best of all: even the more famous places are not overflowing with tourists :)

Busy but not overloaded tour, all on time, clear and clear. The SUV is very comfortable to travel. They looked at authentic Kazakh life. We saw many natural beauties: endless steppes, not repeated canyons, not only each canyon with its own face, but each new step reveals a different view, mountains with and without glaciers, rivers, forests, meadows, enchanting lakes, barkhan. We're lucky to see some species of wildlife and birds. Nature is captivated by its beauty and diversity. During the tour, many national dishes were tasted, everything was very delicious and full. The hot springs pleased. Living conditions are good, especially enjoyed the guest house in Saty, the hostess is attentive and friendly, cooks divinely, creates home comfort and comfort, we felt at home. Many thanks to our guide Ramil - a professional in his field, he responded to our requests and wishes, told many interesting and educational things, erudite, pleasant to communicate, reliable, punctual, tactful, attentive, we enjoyed the journey and relaxed beside him. Salam from Indonesia, I recently went on Golden ring of Zhetysu trip with Ruslan as our tour guide. He's very funny and passionate about Kazakhstan, along the way he shared a lot of information about his country. Then he brought us to many panoramic spot during our trip. He also very considerate with our diet of choice and select only Halal food for our trip. Kirill as the owner is also very great at tailoring our trip because during winter season, some of the destination are unreachable or closed. He also very quick with response to my e-mail inquiring about our trip to Kazakhstan. Long story short, the adventure we had in Kazakhstan is very breathtaking with many panoramic views of Winter in Kazakhstan. And the trip went on smoothly without any trouble whatsoever.
