Our driver David picked us up promptly then another group of 4. David explained exactly what we'd be doing and did it with humour. The Pico first stop was spectacular but just the journey standing up in jeep as we whized past all the vegeation. David told us about the history of island and the rich plant life. Santana for lunch- we ate at restaurant we got dropped off at- Colmo- surprisingly good. We were never more than 20-25 minutes in the jeep at any one time. Fabulous day!
A hugely enjoyable full day visiting a variety of interesting places. Eight in the Jeep with rotation from front facing to rear benches managed by the excellent driver & commentator. The off road drive was great fun. The amount of time at each spot was just right. Overall a brilliant opportunity to see part of the island and highly recommend.
Had a super fun time today on this tour! The hills in Madeira can be a bit terrifying (Lol) but our guide made everything so fun, he was fantastic. Amazing views, some cool experiences and an overall awesome day. I’d highly recommend!

Amazing day exploring the East of the island with Francesco. Francesco is an experienced and extremely knowledgeable guide and expert driver knowing every nook and cranny of the island. Rainbows came out on a wonderful day!! Thanks again Ray and Roisin (Belfast).
It was all great, very nice places, was a lot of fun and especially with the guide Diogo Camacho , he was really great, we are glad that we did this tour with him. We definitely recommend it to others.
The tour lasts all day. The guide, Diogo, has done a great job explaining not only the points of interest but also the history of the island. A complete tour, well organized and very pleasant.
