An unforgettable experience – we would definitely book it again! A big thank you to Kadek Putra, our transfer driver, who picked us up in the early morning and Samm, our Jeep driver. Both were extremely reliable, friendly and drove very safely. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. They both shared lots of interesting information about the region, Balinese culture and the history of Mount Batur. Samm took some wonderful photos of us as well during the Tour! 📸 The sunrise and the black lava fields were a great experience. The hot springs afterwards were relaxing and the coffee plantation was another highlight – we got to try lots of different coffees and local products. Everything was perfectly organized. Highly recommended, especially Kadek Putra and Samm! 🙏🌋

As it is advised to arrive very early to get a good spot to observe the sunrise, you should know that you will stay for nearly 2 hours. So, you need to dress warmly! The organizer does not provide blankets…

Very value for money we finished the tour and still have the whole day in front of us to do so many things. Our driver Angga was extremely helpful and friendly with everything as well as Rayan was very professional and an amazing personal photographer! 10/10 !!!

Unforgettable experience! The driver for hotel transfer and the jeep driver Rion were friendly and very communicative. Rion took the most amazing pictures of us, so impressed. Pro tips- pack your own light breakfast and something warm to drink while you wait for the sunrise. The breakfast which is included was amazing, but we were getting a little hangry and probably rushed ourselves through the other activities like lava rocks and coffee tasting. Highly recommend this activity! It’s a must.

Awesome day tour. Kids actually loved it and was great to see a more natural side of Bali. Hot springs an unexpected gem and gorgeous after the early start. Ismail our driver was great and attentive. The lunch/breakfast was delicious too.

The tour was an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and our guide Kadek Dwika was outstanding—so knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. What an awesome experience, an incredible sunrise overlooking the mountains and lake followed by the jeep /suzuki adventure to the black lava rocks! Our driver to and from the meeting point, Jero Kadek, was great and accomodating as well as our Jeep adventure driver Bimas who was a lot of fun and took plenty of photos of our experience! Would definitely recommend

From the start we were picked up promptly from our hotel by Sorya. Sorya was super friendly and helpful and the transfer was a fun and safe experience. Our jeep driver and tour guide Adi was just as great he took amazing photos of us too during the sunrise which was such a bonus! The sunrise was breathtakingly beautiful and may even be the highlight of our trip. The hot springs was absolute bliss especially after the cold from being up the mountain for a couple of hours and on the back of the jeep.
