DO NOT BOOK!!! If you value your time do not book this one. We had a reservation for 8:20 tour. We booked this 45-minute ride because we didn't want to spend more time that for the toue. The boat did not arrive for more than an hour!! Everyone was just waiting and the staff didn't seem to care or acknowledge that they were gonna be late. They kept saying the boat is right here and you will be boarded within 10min. They had the same reason for more than an hour. This seemed to be usual or a regular thing for them. Worst experience if you're in NYC for a short time. We wasted our precious saturday evening juag waiting in line looking at othef boats passing by. I have tried many other boat tours. Trust me. You would be better off going on a NYC ferry or staten island ferry.

The wasn’t any clear signs anywhere. There were just several groups that were not sure where to head. The actual meeting spot was in back of building. No one in red shirt. Once that was figured out the view was amazing. I think they were announcing things but no speakers near seated area so we couldn’t hear anything.

Viator changed my tour without asking me due to weather and I was leaving NYC the next day. The refund process was impossible to follow, looping me over and over and not allowing me to fill form. I also emailed and no one answered.

An amazing experience with great views! We did a tour around 8pm and was in awe the whole time. There was both indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. Definitely recommend!

Weather was bad, ride was cancelled. They gave us our bracelets then said the boat was full and we had to wait until next boat in rain

We left without going on the tour when the boat was 45 min late, there was no communication about what was going on and had dinner reservations. Then was told we wouldn't be refunded.

It’s a nice experience, you can see the NYC Skyline at night. But DONT replace the day visit to the statue island during the day with this. PS: DONT MAKE PLANS AFTER THE TOUR. THEY ARE LATE. One of the guy who disembarked when we boarded said “Good Luck”. Their tour supposed to start at 6pm but they started 7:30pm. Our schedule was 8:25pm, boat arrived around 9pm. Deboard and boarded every body takes another 30mins. So yeah, we finish around 10:45pm for the trip the supposed to finish at 9:05PM.

I traveled 9 1/2 hours all the way from Cincinnati, Ohio and made this one of my top experiences and I didn’t even get to do it because our time got pushed up because the boat wasn’t ready and they had us to come at 12 and it was after 12:30 and we still hadn’t been checked in, we were sitting outside in the sun roasting waiting for the boat to come from the dock so we left and you get no refund so I was out of $45! If I could put no stars, I would’ve done just that.

Windows were dirty and not good for taking pictures. Open deck space is very limited. Indoor area was hot. Food and drinks were expensive for less then mediocre quality
