トリップアドバイザーのベスト・オブ・ザ・ベストアワードを受賞した誇り高きマジカルトリップのツアーにご参加ください。 各体験は、MagicalTrip認定ガイドが指導し、プロフェッショナルなトレーニングを受け、品質と真正性を確保するために厳選されています。 日本語食が大好きで、自分で料理する方法を学びたいですか？ 本場のヘルシーな日本語家庭料理に興味がある方に最適な体験です。 旅のスタートは地元のスーパーで、新鮮な肉、魚、野菜、調味料など、日本語の日常料理で使われる食材の選び方を学ぶ。 その後、プロのキッチンスタジオに移動して、ガイド付きのクラスを行います。 包丁の技を練習したり、だしや寿司飯を作ったり、味噌汁や茄子の田楽、だし巻き卵、寿司などの定番料理を作ったり。 調理後は食事を楽しみ、レシピを持ち帰っていつでも再現。 スタジオは浅草や合羽橋の近くにあり、その後の観光にも最適です。

- 卵が食べられない場合は、食べ物の選択が4種類から3種類に減ります。
- MagicalTripに属さない厨房で調理しているため、アレルギーフリーの保証や食事制限への対応はできません。 また、途中停留所によっては代替が不可能な場合もあります。ただし、ツアー中、途中停留所によって補償は万全を期します。
- 日本の気候は、夏の最高気温が40℃（110℃）に達し、冬の最低気温は-5℃（20℃）まで下がるなど、より極端な気候になっている。 ツアーに合わせてご準備ください。

Alice picked us up and took us to the market. She taught us how to pick fish for sushi then brought us to the kitchen. We ranged in age from 13-67, chefs and non-cooks alike. We all had a great time and made some very tasty food! We were given the recipes to encourage us to try these new things at home. Great experience!!!

Alice greeted us warmly at the pick up location, which was easy to find. She was immediately a friend! Alice set us up for success and provided great instruction. The experience was relaxed and informative with delicious food as an outcome. The miso soup was excellent! I picked up some tips that will help sushi preparation at home be more flavorful and successful! Would love to have spent a little more time in the supermarket at the beginning of the experience.

We had a great experience with Magical Trip! Mai led our 4-hour cooking class, and she was amazing. Easy pickup, detailed cooking instructions, and friendly conversation created an overall inviting environment. We were lucky and our class size was 2 people, so it made for a more engaging class. Mai was also very informative about Japan’s history and recommended places for us to visit in the city. I also enjoyed that the food we picked in the market is the food we prepared. Would highly recommend this experience! And if you can, ask for Mai as your instructor 😊

We had the luxury of being in a group by ourselves and it was such a great experience. It felt like a private tour. Our guide, Mai, was very insightful and kind! She explained everything in great detail and was patient with all of our questions. We learned a lot of new techniques and the food was amazing! We did not feel rushed and were able to make all of the food during the allotted time frame. Everyone should do this experience.

Amazing experience, we ended up getting a private cooking class. We learned more traditional cooking methods and ate so many good dishes.

Excellent class. Our hostess engaged my 15 year old and gave him an enjoyable and memorable experience he will never forget! Highly recommend for teenagers during the day.
