カルタヘナ4島ツアーとシュノーケリング、チョロン、アグアアスール、ランチ

Old city absolutely fantastic, food, architecture, shopping - great experience all around. The beaches were a little damaged by the high waves and strong wind however, this didn;t stop us from going into the ocean.

I did the experiment of 4 islands with the guide Alejandro. The pickup in our hotel went well, but entering the boats was very poorly organized, we had to ask several times to figure out which boat we should go. The boat was comfortable. The guide did not explain almost anything about the organization of the day. The roadmap says we stopped on 4 islands but one of the stops was simply about 10 minutes of snorkeling to see a plane underwater that you can barely see. The guide did not have snorkeling equipment for all people and gave us (double) only 1 equipment. I complained as it is logical, where we have been seen walking in the water changing glasses from one Cover to another??? What was worth it was that another passenger who had some personal glasses the bigger gave me her glasses. One shocking thing is that the snorkeling equipment was just that: glasses. I had never snorkeled with equipment included without being provided with a respirator, it's ridiculous! To make the situation worse, the jackets they gave us to swim were horrible (I have snorkeled many times and I have never used such bad jackets!), they were super uncomfortable, they didn't open, when they came to our face (there was no tape to tighten between the legs) and they made terrible wounds in the axils! The second stop for lunch (lunch was good!) was the most beautiful island but as we were eating we only had about 15 free minutes to swim. The island Cholon was chaotic, in the script we are not told that we will not be able to swim, basically the group was in the water in a table where we were Service a cocktail, and all the time we were there we did not have a chance to swim, basically the crowd was all super tight. The last beach was where we finally got a little swim. I was very disappointed because I did not see any of the images that are "promised". At the end of the tour some people in the group would stay on that beach and others, which was my case, we would return to Cartagena. The guide explained everything wrong about this organization, told us that we were going to take everything from the boat because we were not going back, but after all we came back in exactly the same boat and the captain let us there leave our bags so we do not go loaded. The guide explained everything very badly and was not helpful. I feel like I wasted the only day I had to see the islands with this tour!

Pretty poorly organized and a bit too exotic... Beware of the party island... A surefire way to get sick... Opt for a more private/upscale experience if you are a foreigner.

We booked it quite late so we were accommodated very well . We were picked up from our apt , that was the positive bit . The guide was welcoming initially but very little information in English , big explanations in Spanish and few words in English , we had to ask all the time . Because we were late booking we didn’t know the exact plan for the day but no structure was explained . Time keeping was never adhered to , I had asked what time we would get home to our apartment, I was told 5 pm but it was 630 . Overall the islands were beautiful, snorkelling disappointing , food was good but desperately over cooked and definitely had been cooked earlier . I wouldn’t recommend the trip we took .

In the reservation it never says that it is more than 2 hours traveling by bus on some tracks in terrible conditions, we were traveling with a 20-month-old infant and the guide asked us for the juice they had given us for her, that is, nothing for the baby although it was included in the reservation, total and terrible conditions of the place where we had lunch. I don't recommend or return to such an excursion.

Had an amazing experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Interesting experience that was not exactly as advertised. We had a really really hard time getting confirmation and a response for pickup from hotel. So bad that I had to contact Viator for help. We got confirmation we were being picked up at 6:30 on the day of the tour for 7:40 departure. The pickup from the hotel was actually a guy on toot who walked us to another meeting point, then we walked again for another 15 or so minutes before getting in a small bus that drove us over 2 hours to the south end of baru. The tour guide mostly spoke to Spanish and translated to English a couple times for us but a lot of the time we didn't know what was going on. The boat was a little 20 seater max canoe and it was full. We then had a 40 min boat ride to Rosario island where we got to go 'snorkelling' except they had no snorkels, only masks. So not snorkeling just holding your breath looking under water. The second location was a party island where you stood in the water for 40 mins drinking a beer. Then the 3rd stop was a nice little beach where we sat and swam. The fourth stop was for lunch which was ok and then after that we got the 1 hour bus ride back. They did not do hotel drop off they just drop you nearby the old town and you have to walk from there. There was also no bottled water as advertised. It was ok for the price but I would recommend a better tour than this.

I don't know where to start. The pick up and drop off were great. The flexibility is amazing. Snorkling was great. Food was great. Otganization was great. We saw so many things in a short time and even the customers just bacame one group as if we are travelling together. I can only say it was an amazing day. Carlos was amazing and my reference to enjoy the day. Very well spoken and having a great time with him. He cares about his customers. Also the others were attentive and friendly and made the day so special.

We booked for 3 but only 1 could go due to upset stomachs. Lol. But the 1 who went had the best time!! She can't wait to do it again. Said everyone was nice and it was good to get away from some of the hustle and bustle of Cartagena.
