Hugo was an excellent guide from the start with great communication of meeting up, and asking our preferences of what to see beforehand to prepare a bespoke tour for us. On the day he was friendly, knowledgeable and interesting, giving us a clear idea of how the Japanese culture works and helping imus experience all the unique dishes and places of Osaka. Whilst flexible, he also suggested some ‘must sees’ which were definitely worth it.

an amazing tour
At first we had no plans in Osaka but fortunately we changed our minds and our tour with Hugo as our guide made the visit so worth while. He gave us tons of useful information as we went about our first visit to Japan. He was able to answer any questions we had ( and we had lots) and went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience within the 4hr tour (plus 30mins) that we will never forget… thank you Hugo!

A packed day in Osaka!
We had a great day with Hugo! Transportation was a breeze as we just followed along, and he was able to guide us to additional spots that fit our interests like Super Potato.

Wonderful Osaka
Francisca our guide was a lovely person who wad very knowledgeable of Japanese history and culture she guided us through the 5 hour tour at our pace visiting all the places on the itinerary
We loved the castle the visit to the Doronbori area the markets and she arranged for us to do a ride on the canal after our tour had finished

A walk around Osaka
We had a great time with Hugo. He answered all our questions and we enjoyed the subway rides and particularly enjoyed the Japanese pancakes for lunch

We had a great tour with Antione. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us so much in the time we had with him and we found ourselves in places that we would never have been able to navigate on our own.

Hugo is a great guide fits in around what you want to see and adjusts the pace to suit the clients. We learned so much about traditions and culture . Only wish we could have him asa guide every day highly recommend

We had a great day with...
We had a great day with Armand…he met us at the cruise port on foot and off we went. There is a lot of walking on this tour, it was too much for some of the people we were traveling with, however, my husband and I enjoyed all the sites and felt we received a great overview of Osaka.
Armand helped us navigate the subway system and made sure we were on the correct train to return us to the port. Great day!
