カトマンズ・ダルバール広場は、かつてマッラ朝、後にシャー朝の王宮であった場所で、12世紀にまで遡ります。 この歴史的な複合施設は権力の座にあり、戴冠式や国家儀礼に立ち会った。 広場は精巧なネワリ建築を特徴とし、複雑な彫刻が施された木製の窓、パゴダ様式の寺院、ハヌマーン・ドーカ宮殿、クマリ・ガル（生神女の家）、タレジュ寺院などの象徴的な建造物がある。 何世紀にもわたる芸術、政治、文化に浸ることができます。
スワヤンブナート・ストゥーパは2000年以上前に創建されたと考えられており、ネパールで最も古い宗教遺跡の1つである。 伝説によると、ストゥーパは、かつてカトマンズ渓谷を覆っていた原始の湖の蓮の花から自然発生した。 白く輝くドーム、金色の尖塔、全方位仏陀の目が特徴の聖地。 小さな祠に囲まれ、遊び心のある猿が暮らしており、精神的な落ち着きと渓谷のパノラマビューが楽しめる。
シヴァ神を祀るパシューパティナート寺院は、西暦400年に遡り、世界で最も古く、最も神聖なヒンドゥー寺院の1つです。 それ以前の建造物が破壊された後、17世紀にブパティンドラ・マッラ王によって再建された。 バグマティ川沿いに位置し、日々の儀式や火葬儀式、マハー・シヴァラートリのような宗教的な祭礼が行われる場所である。 ヒンズー教徒以外は主聖堂には入れないが、周囲の神社や樋門は深い文化的、精神的体験を提供している。
ブーダナート・ストゥーパはムガル帝国の侵攻後の5世紀に建てられ、難民がネパールに逃れた後、チベット仏教の中心地となった。 世界最大級のストゥーパであり、重要な巡礼地でもある。 ストゥーパの巨大な曼荼羅の土台の上には白いドームと金色の尖塔があり、仏陀が見守る眼差しで、日々の高羅に僧侶や信者を引き寄せている。 ブーダナートは、僧院やチベットの商店に囲まれ、平和、精神性、活気に満ちた文化生活を送っています。

Shree and his team are excellent, they provide security and in-depth local knowledge. They are excellent at managing timings with respect to 'Nepali time' and visitors wanting to get the most out of their experience. I always felt safe and that I was seeing the most significant things.

Had such a great experience with epic adventures. From watching the sunrise over the Himalayas to touring through the jungle in Chitwan in an open jeep and exploring through Nepalese villages. The tour guides Shree, Sam and Anil were so kind and always making sure everyone was there (as we had a large group) and having fun! Would highly recommend choosing epic adventures if you are looking to explore Nepal.
Our female guide Saru was excellent! She knew a lot about the city and was very friendly and compassionate!

The food tour was great! If you are a food lover, this is a great opportunity to enrich your Nepal experience. Our guide was nice, friendly, he took us to super authentic places where it is difficult for a tourist to find his way on his own. Everything we tasted was excellent (Samosa, Yomari, Bara, etc.) He even complied with our request that everything be vegetarian. I really recommend it!
