Unforgettable Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor with Aura Egypt Tours
Our Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we boarded, everything was well organized and welcoming. The cabin was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the Nile.
Sailing along the river was peaceful and relaxing, especially during sunset. The scenery was breathtaking, and it felt magical watching the temples and green landscapes pass by.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The food was delicious with a good variety of options every day.
The guided tours to Philae Temple, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Luxor Temple, and Karnak were very well arranged and informative. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and history.

Cruise not what’s advertised.
The cruise was not the ones displayed in photos. Ship was very old, room was very small and bathroom / shower so small you had to get out of it to wash. Seems that after you pay they find the cheapest boat available to maximise margin. The cruise spends most of the time at port so best to get a decent hotel and avoid this. Tours were ok.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear that the cruise did not meet your expectations.
We completely understand your disappointment regarding the boat condition, cabin size, and bathroom comfort. This is not the level of experience we aim to provide to our guests.
Please allow us to clarify that Nile cruise assignments can sometimes depend on availability and operational scheduling, however, we agree that the experience should always match the advertised standard and photos as closely as possible. We are already reviewing this matter with our cruise partners to ensure better consistency and transparency moving forward.
Regarding the time spent at port, Nile cruises do follow fixed docking schedules and navigation regulations, but we understand that this may feel different from what some travelers expect.
We appreciate your comment that the tours were ok, and we will use your feedback to improve the overall cruise experience for future guests.
If you are willing, please contact us through Viator with your booking reference so we can investigate the details and try to offer a fair solution.
Kind regards,
Aura Egypt Tours Team
