We booked the 4-Days 3-Nights Cruise From Aswan to Luxor including Abu Simbel and Hot Air Balloon, and it turned out to be one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. About two months before our trip, I contacted several tour providers, including Mrs. Heba, the manager and coordinator of Egypt Gift Tours. Compared to the other providers, she was extremely responsible, professional, and replied to all my questions right away. From the beginning, she gave us confidence that everything would be handled properly. We needed special arrangements for our room, transportation from a hard-to-access island before the cruise, and a private ride from Luxor to Hurghada after the tour. Mrs. Heba provided all the required information and facilitated every part of the transportation and accommodation process smoothly. During the entire tour, she checked in with us in a timely manner to make sure everything was going perfectly. Our assigned tour leader and Egyptologist, Ms. Mohammad Alrefahi, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Egyptian history. He walked us through the history, symbols, and fascinating facts of every site we visited. He was always on time, actually earlier than us every single day and always showed up full of energy and enthusiasm. One thing we especially appreciated was how he connected the historical events and meanings between different temples and visits, making the entire experience much deeper and more memorable. He also helped us during checkout and with luggage transfer to our next destination, which made everything stress-free. We also want to thank Mr. Taha, who drove us from Luxor to Hurghada. The 4-hour ride was comfortable and relaxing. He helped us with all the luggage and made sure we had an enjoyable trip on the road. At the end of the drive, he even carefully checked every corner of the car to make sure we had not left anything behind. Overall, this tour exceeded our expectations in every way. This was a perfect organized trip by Gift Tours . We were looked after via WhatsApp by Heba who organized everything 100% perfectly for us and also always asked questions. We had individual tour guides who all spoke very good German and also all deserve the grade very well I would like to emphasize because of his personality and his age, especially “ Adel ” Nubier from near Aswan who lived seven years Berlin at the time of German reunification and played football with the then mayor Walter Mombach from time to time . But all our guides had spoken very good German and had a very high knowledge of the culture and history of the Egyptian Empire.

Our Guide Mohamed(shakour) was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable about every site we saw and such a love for his country! He made our trip even more memorable. I would highly recommend him as a guide, because not only will you feel safe, He makes sure everyone’s comfort is top priority. Our group was small (6 total) which we also appreciate.

We made a big round trip from Cairo über Aswan->Luxor and finally a few days in Hurghada. This Nile cruise was part of our trip and everything was organized by Heba. She did an excellent job and booked a very nice cruise ship for us. The food and service on the ship was even better than at the 5 stars hotel we had in Hurghada afterwards. (at least for my sweet taste ;) ) The ship crew did an excellent job! Always very friendly and helpful. We forgot our Laptop in our room (it was slipped behind the bed) and Heba organized that all the hotels we visited to far looked for the laptop. After it was found in Luxor on the cruise ship, she organized that it was transferred to Hurghada 1 day later, so we still had it back before flying back home. Awesome work. Thanks for everything!

The entire tour was very well organized and our guide Mohammed Wafa was very knowledgeable. We were able to experience everything we wanted. We were contacted by Heba as soon as we booked the tour and she took care of all the details ensuring to answer any questions I had regarding the trip. She also checked in to make sure things were going well. Our guide Mohamed Wafa was excellent! He really took care of us and explained everything in great detail. This Nile cruise tour like every other Nile cruise tour does require you to be up and out around 4-5am but the sights you see and experience makes it all worth it!

From top to bottom a 5 star experience. Things started out with great communication by Heba and her staff. Then we met Wafa our guide. From the time we met Wafa we felt welcomed, safe , well informed he treated us like family. The crew on the Cielo from Mr Hemly to the incredible food and service at the restaurant far exceded any expection we had. The food amazing! Our room super clean, cozy and with an increíble view from start to finish. Cannot recommend this experience enough for your first trip to Egypt. And if you book make sure and ask for Wafa🫶🏻

This tour was simply Amazing! Everything was perfect from Heba from the agency who was very helpful, the boat (ms lady), to the staff, the food. A Big thank you to our guide, zakarya, the kind of people who make you feel AT home, professional and funny and kind, everything you can dream of for a real local experience. We miss him already! I had the great experience on this tour, with best partner, EGYPT GIFT TOURS. Guide Owfi, and cordinator Heba, helped all my tour to Luxor. If you leave it to them, it'll be all right. The only thing I have to be careful about was not to oversleep (On the program, I have to wake up at 3:00~4:00 everyday). I recommend this tour and company to all the people thinking about NILE RIVER CRUISE.

The cruise is very good. Staff is also helpful. We got a free upgrade to suite room. Thanks to Heba. All the tours were punctual and well organised with good guides. Thanks to guides: Ahmed and Mohammed Wafa. But for vegetarians, options are less. Be ready! But overall excellent. Thank you for great nile cruise experience.
