She was absolutely fantastic—very knowledgeable, engaging, and explained everything clearly, which made the tour both enjoyable and informative. Dannie was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. She took great care of me throughout the day and even adjusted the itinerary and dinner venue to suit my preferences, which I truly appreciated. We loved our tour with Grace. She was such a kind and lovely lady, incredibly knowledgeable, with excellent English and a very flexible approach. The visit to the temple was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed the tea village and our traditional lunch in a beautiful setting. I really enjoyed the places I visited in Hanghzou. It was Great! The Guide had good knowledge of the history of the sites, could speak good English and was very helpfull. I felt the price of the tour a bit high.

It’s no wonder why Hangzhou is so popular with Chinese tourists. It’s gorgeous! I only had one day to explore so chose Sunny Tours to take me around. They were really great! Sarah and Eric were really flexible with my time and what I wanted to do. They even helped me book the West Lake water show. Very professional and drove around in a new Tesla in AC (it was so hot and humid today). I would recommend!

Our tour guide, Ms Florence, was friendly and well prepared. She was knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the histories and origins of the places we visited. The guide and driver were both flexible in accommodating our preferences/requests. Overall, it's a pleasant and enjoyable tour. 🙂

Our day's travels took us to the city of Hangzhou. My family and I had a great time. Sunny was very knowledgeable and shared a wealth of information with us about the history of the city and legends associated with well-known locations. We purchased a kitchen knife set and wanted to return it to the seller. The natural scenery and contrast between the old historical city and the modern world around the west lake were amazing.She was a huge help in contacting the store and following up on the matter until we received the reimbursement. I owe Sunny a debt of gratitude that will surely lead me back to China.
