⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best guide we could have asked for! We had the absolute pleasure of having " King Mina" with us throughout our cruise in Luxor and Aswan, and honestly, he made our entire experience so much better. He is genuinely one of the most lively, friendly, smiley and helpful people we have met during our trip! ❤️ From the very beginning, he was always there to help, answer every single question, give us honest advice, and —most importantly tell us what to avoid so we wouldn’t get overcharged or fall into tourist traps. We ended up going to him for advice about practically everything because we knew we could trust him completely . When we decided that we wanted to go to Hurghada, he personally called several of his friends to find us a good and fair price for the transfer. He genuinely cared about making things easy for us and making sure we were taken care of. As for the cruise itself, we also had a really lovely experience. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and helpful, and I especially appreciated how responsive and reactive they were whenever we had a question or needed something. Communication was easy, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. But honestly, having Mina with us was one of the biggest highlights of the trip. His English is also incredibly clear and easy to understand. We are not native English speakers, so this was really important to us, and we understood him perfectly throughout the entire trip If you are visiting Luxor or Aswan, ask for him!!! You will not regret it. We would recommend him to absolutely anyone and would happily choose him again without hesitation. ❤️🇪🇬 Thank you for everything! Our Nile Cruise – Review We were really looking forward to this cruise, and for the most part it lived up to our expectations. Here’s our detailed review in three parts. 1. Ship, Cabin & Food The ship was clean overall, and our cabin was well kept too. One downside: even though we were on the fourth floor, our cabin was located very close to the engine room. We could clearly feel the vibrations and noise from the engine, and at times some wall panels rattled as a result. A bit more soundproofing or better fastening would be welcome here. On the plus side, the air conditioning deserves a mention — both in the cabin and throughout the ship it stayed pleasantly cool, which was a real lifesaver especially during the hot summer months. The buffet was plentiful, but the food was often a bit too bland for our taste — we would have liked more authentic, Arabic flavors. One exception was the second day: the spread was excellent, and the food was genuinely very good. One organizational point that surprised us as a family: a so-called “tipping fee” is charged upfront, in advance. We found this a bit odd, since at that point you don’t yet know what services you’ll actually receive or how satisfied you’ll end up being. Paying tips in advance without knowing the quality of service feels somewhat off. For reference: including this tipping fee and the entrance fees to the sights, you should budget an additional $110 or so per person. 2. The Guide Our guide Khaled was extremely friendly and helpful. Right from the start, he told us we could come to him anytime with issues regarding our cabin or other guests, and he genuinely followed through on that. He also gave us valuable tips to avoid scams — for example, advising us not to buy directly at the market, since we’d likely be overcharged there. One minor drawback was the punctuality of some fellow travelers: at agreed meeting points, we repeatedly had to wait for latecomers who took noticeably too long. With a group of around 15 people waiting on just two stragglers each time, some kind of consequence or reminder system from the tour leadership would make sense, so that everyone’s time is respected. 3. Sightseeing & Getting There Sightseeing often meant early wake-up calls. But it was absolutely worth it — at that early hour, there were far fewer visitors at the temples, which let us take great photos without crowds of people in the shot. The buses to the temples and other sights were consistently air-conditioned and clean — another plus, especially given the high temperatures on-site. Conclusion All in all, this was a trip we’d happily recommend — well organized, well planned, and full of great moments, even though the early mornings and a few smaller organizational issues (upfront tipping fee, group punctuality, engine noise) could certainly be improved.

I recommend the services of guide Khaled al Saad without hesitation; he turned our Nile cruise and its excursions into a fantastic experience. Beyond his flawless professionalism and constant group support, Khaled proved to be relentless in handling unexpected situations. His help was essential in protecting me from an unfair price markup in a shop and in assertively ensuring my student proof was accepted by a less helpful attendant. The sense of security and support provided make him an exceptional guide.

We had a wonderful time during our tour, entirely thanks to Khaled. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His guidance made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommended!

We came from France as a family of 4 and we just loved this cruise. Attentive and super cool staff, more than enough food, great atmosphere, we aren't on top of each other, perfect organization with the tours, impeccable pace of the tours (we did them all but no obligation), the interior of the boat is very beautiful, the rooms are very nice and functional. Nothing but pleasure, I have no negative points to report. It will make for a great memory for us, especially ending with the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Valley of the Kings. It really makes you want to come back!

Carlos is a fantastic guide and the best we had from the beginning of our trip. He takes so care of us and giving us a lot of information. We see that his work is a true passion, and for visitors like us his messages are more easy to understand. Thanks from a french family !

Very beautiful cruise, comfortable boat, pleasant staff, and very interesting visits with a nice and well-organized guide who was always attentive to our needs. The month of July does make some visits a bit grueling because of the oppressive heat. Morning or even very early morning visits are to be preferred, or else in the evening after sunset (Luxor Temple is magnificent with the night lighting).
