We are a UK pensioner couple on our first package trip to the historical glories of Egypt, eight days combining Nile cruise and trips to Cairo, Luxor and Aswan. Remon Nagy Shaker, proudly Luxor born and bred, was our good natured driver and guide. Inormation, tips and advice tumbled out of him during our time among sites such as the Karnak, Hatshep and Luxor Temples, embracing wider Egypt and personal experience. We can warmly recommend Remon.

Mahmoud Essa was really handy and fun. He illustrated us all the temple in a very nice way, telling things many people don’t know. He also gives you some free time after the visit to do some photos or whatever you want. He’s very chatty and calm, it was a really nice tour. Hope to see him again

All the guides were excellent, particularly Demiane who took us to the Valley of the Kings and other temples around Luxor. She also arranged a pleasant lunch with a beautiful view across the Nile. The cruise ship was excellent with clean and well-appointed rooms. Our only complaint was with Nice tours that was disappointing and detracted from our holiday. Communication was poor; we were unable to contact the tour company via email, WhatsApp or phone. We would not book a tour with them again and regret the inconvenience, stress and worry it caused us.

We had the best time with Mina Safwat in Luxor! He was so patient and so knowledgeable in the history of all the temples. We learned so much in just one day and are so fortunate we had him as our guide!

The tour around Luxor (the temples) and valley of the kings with the guide Demi was the best tour I have ever been on. Her knowledge was simply phenomenal. I cannot recommend her or the tour itself highly enough

It was a great experience! Our main guide Bibo made everything very easy for us. He explained all de antiquities in different Temples (museums) in a great way! Bibo thank you for everything! Furthermore in the Nile cruise the crew was very friendly and helpfull and the food delicious!

We had a great experience with Mohamed as our tour guide. He took us to Karnak and Luxor temple. He was very knowledgeable and charismatic. I felt like I was coming down with a cold and he went out of his way to take us to a pharmacy to get some medication. He made us laugh and made us feel safe with him. He explained a lot about the history and also about the culture. He even took us to Mc Donald’s. We would highly recommend him if you’re thinking of booking this tour. Thanks Chelsey & Shontelle.

Nice tours, the operator, can be unreliable. The following actions will be taken inappropriately during the tour. ① We received a last-minute call that we could not obtain a ticket from Cairo to Luxor, forcing us to reschedule around the time of our Nile cruise. Due to the reschedule, there was a cancellation fee for the accommodation around the date, but no compensation. 　Due to the change of schedule, the arrival at the site was midnight, which hindered tourism the next day. 　Despite my application more than two months ago, I suddenly received the above call three days ago, and it turned out to be a haphazard company. ② The Nile cruise was planned to be 3 nights 4 days on board, but in fact it was 2 nights on board + 1 night in a hotel. 　On the last day, I couldn't get lunch at the hotel because of the haphazard arrangements on the day. 　Furthermore, I paid for the dinner on the day. (Originally, both lunch and dinner were included in the tour.) The hotel I was staying at was taken to a different hotel from the one offered. (Not of a quality that the Japanese feel comfortable with.) I was eventually able to stay at a four-star hotel, but hopefully I could see the spirit of trying to keep costs down. 　I'll contact NiceTours about this matter, but only a superficial apology. ③ Throughout the tour, there were no detailed dates given and no planned action plans were made (only What's app was used to contact the operator, and it was often a delay in reply or misinformation). Repeated rescheduled events and sudden contact forced us to waste time, money and exhaust our energy. ④ Due to the above inappropriate handling, I visited Sheba Tours in Luxor with several victims of the same tour, asking for a refund, but the employee was away. 　We were able to make contact by phone, but there was no evidence. The Whats app message has been ignored since the tour ended. There is no compensation for haphazard tours, cancellations or reschedules due to company reasons, and head office personnel continue to run under the radar. I believe there are many victims like me (there are seven other victims in three groups on the same date as me). Nice Tours is the same company as Sheba Tours and Golden Luxor Tours, which all have the same corporate structure. There are similar reviews, so we strongly advise you not to choose any of these tours in the future. We judge the company to be very dangerous.
