Wow! We three friends, Rich, Suzie and I, Gail, all agree that our tour with Ricardo was extra special, and and and, dare we say, a highlight of our whole trip. The Just Tor It tour seemed to us (in merely four hours) to be all-encompassing, and with Ricardo’s expertise, command of the English language and gracious personality, we came away wishing we weren’t leaving the next day so that we could take another Just Tour It tour, with, hopefully, Ricardo at the wheel of our comfy TukTuk. Worth every euro! 💝

Pedro D’s dynamic Old Town TukTuk Tour
I just took an old town tour by tuk tuk Just Tour It. Pedro D is young sweet and dynamic. His knowledge and love of Lisbon is contagious. He showed me wonderful old buildings and told me the history of the decimation by earthquake and restoration of this magnificent city. He took me into an old cathedral that was mind boggling. Exquisite. Pedro D was funny and considerate and his mother has much to be proud of. I recommend his tour.

Tuk Tuk tours is well worth the time and is a great value!
We had Bernardo as a guide and we couldn’t have been happier. He was polite, offered great insight on the history of the city and many of the unique and interesting sites throughout the city. He was able to take us inside some of the stops which we never would have thought possible.
All in all, it provided us with both a great overview of the city as well as in-depth knowledge of some of the most fascinating historical treasures.
I’d recommend this tour to anyone interested in getting a great view of the city.

Mathieu gave us an amazing tour of Lisbon. We visit Alfama, the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora, the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the Church of Santo António de Lisboa and many others. Mathieu was very experienced and a kind host.

The best walk! Our guide Pedro was amazing - very friendly, funny, full of amazing local stories and very knowledgeable. He made us feel super welcome and played amazing songs throughout the tour. It was the perfect way to explore the city. I highly recommend!

Tours with too long and uncomfortable journeys
Tour of the main monuments and sites of interest of the city, the movements are many and slow and the cars are not comfortable. Our guide was a very good and polite guy who transported us around the city, but it is a very superficial tour without great explanations of a historical, architectural, cultural nature. Just brief hints. Keep an eye on the clock as every half hour in excess has a cost of about € 60.00 which is charged at the end of the tour. We found it boring.

Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. While we're pleased to hear you found your guide friendly and professional, we do regret any confusion around the tour’s duration and the additional fee.
To clarify: your tour was booked as a 4-hour experience, but at your request was extended to include a 1.5 hour lunch break resulting in the tour exceeding the original paid for duration. Our guide should have been more proactive in communicating the extra cost at the time the extension was requested and for this we take responsibility.
We offered you a refund after the tour but you declined stating reasons that worked against any possible resolution and chose to leave this review. We fully respect your decision to share your experience.

Afternoon with Matthieu!!
Matthieu was amazing!!! Made our trip wonderful!!! Taught and showed us so much about Lisben- never imagined this tour would be so great!! Highlight of our trip!! And got to eat pasteis de pelem and told us the secret recipe!!

Great neighborhood tour of Lisbon.
We had a great time touring the city with Ricardo who is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history and culture of Lisbon. Ricardo also provided excellent recommendations for the rest of our day and even our trip to Porto.
Our family of five was picked up by our apartment in Alfama and saw several neighborhoods including Chiada, Baixa and Belem. The special behind the scenes access to Pasties de Belem was a nice surprise.
If you have specific points of interest share them at the start so the route can be planned accordingly and take advantage of the drivers knowledge by asking questions.

We were with Tomas in Lisbon, Fatima, Sintra, Nazare, Obidos and the trip was spectacular. You take a great tour guide. Very dear and quiet. We highly recommend it! We were very happy. Thank you!!
