We got a great overview of the Lisbon’s history and a sense of the important areas in this beautiful city. Our guide Walter shared great information through wonderful story telling. He was friendly and personable and answered all of our questions. We are only here for one day otherwise I would ask him to give us another tour tomorrow!

We took a free walking tour in Lisbon, Portugal, with Hi Lisbon Walking Tours, and our guide, Walter, was absolutely wonderful! The 2.5-hour tour went by so quickly. We had a wonderful experience with Hi Lisbon Walking Tours on 14 May! It was a fantastic way to explore the beautiful city of Lisboa while learning about its rich history, culture, and hidden gems. The tour started right on time, and our guide, Tiago, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very organized throughout the tour. We were truly shocked and fascinated to hear about the rich and dramatic history of Lisbon, and Tiago shared many interesting stories and local insights that made the city come alive for us. We also really appreciated that he thoughtfully prepared a list of restaurants and cafés for us to visit during our free time, which made exploring Lisbon even more enjoyable. Despite all the famous uphills and downhills of the city of seven hills, the tour was fun, relaxed, and well-paced. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience Lisboa beyond the usual tourist spots!
