The rate is unreasonably high given the service I got. It only worth half of the price I think. I, as a girl, can't even really eat enough during the trip so i don't really how guys can manage it. And you won't get hot water in the lodges they don't provide anything at all. Peru has such a low living expense I don't really know where my 360 dollars goes...not mention to the extra fee I paid for rafting, zipline And hot spring. And btw, hot spring is only 10 sol of you but the ticket on site and they charged me 11 dollars. I don't really know what to say, though the scenery along the way is great. You should never book any trips in Peru without bargaining！！！！！！！

I am really sorry if our services were not good for you although all the time we were trying to assist you, changing your dates of bookings and times for tickets. For each meal we provide menu, it is a pity that it was not enough for you unfortunatelly we can not cover extras. About the lodges of the first 2 nights, they are in the midle of the jungle, they are small towns and with limit services. In Machu Picchu town it is a proper hotel. The rafting and zipline are optional activities we dont include them in the program, this part is in the exclussions of the contract before you book the tour, you can pay direct on the site for them for 30 dollars each, but we give the chance to our clients to pay with us 20 dollars for each activity because the suppliers give us special rates, but you need to book in advance, although you wanted to add the activities the same day we could give you the same rate 20 dollars. About hot Springs also is an optional activity the ticket is 10 soles, but you Need extra transport to go there and go back to Santa Teresa. You decided to go there and pay to us although I sugested you to pay direct. You Booked the tour through Viator, not direct with us, I dont know how much you paid but if it is 360 dollars for Transport, biking, all the meals, accomodation, tour guide, entrante tickets to Machu Picchu and train tickets for 4 days, it is a rasonable price, considering also that you changed date of trip last minute and we should to get a Ticket to Machu Picchu whe it was sold out paying penalty, then you changed last day the train time, also we paid penalty, and nothing was charged to you. If you can find the same tour for half price last minute with all the facilites that provide you the agency, pleasse let us know and we will refund all the money you paid for this tour.
