Very overcrowded boat. 50!!!!! People and only one mouthful of chicken per person. Very disappointing trip. And $80 for that??? Don’t go
Hello, but you didn't make the reservation with our company, and we don't provide service when the sea is rough. I don't know where you made your reservation; I imagine it was at the beach. And we don't sell things on the beach, that's not done. You need to know what you're doing before writing something about a serious and responsible company with its service, or were you paid?
Tour did not take place because picked up too late only rip off and no understanding had to pay even taxi itself never again

It was an amazing time. Good food, drinks, people and vibes. Definitely recommend! My spouse and I had a great time snorkeling as well. The crew was very helpful.

Beware of Tony’s Tours: Unsafe Practices and Shady Business Tactics My family and I went on two tours with Tony’s company, and we deeply regret both experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t learn our lesson after the first tour. About our group: We are a diverse family including my 69-year-old mother, four adults in their 20s and 30s, and two young children (ages 6 and 2). The Snorkeling Tour: A Terrifying Experience This was by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The entire experience was unsafe, poorly organized, and not at all as advertised. • Lack of Safety Equipment: There weren’t enough life jackets for everyone, which is alarming for a boat tour. • Unsafe Conditions: The waves were dangerously choppy, making it unsafe for the children to even stand on the boat. We had to hold them in our laps the entire time. • No Stops or Activities as Promised: Despite the marketing claims, we didn’t visit any coves or enjoy snorkeling. The boat made one loop in the water before returning to Sosúa Beach. To make matters worse, they parked the boat about 300 yards from shore, leaving us stranded in rough waters. • Passengers Falling Ill: Within 15 minutes of leaving shore, several passengers became seasick. A smaller boat was sent to retrieve the sick passengers, including my 69-year-old mother, my 2-year-old niece, and me. I was incredibly sick and concerned for my niece’s safety, so we disembarked immediately. After the tour, I contacted Tony to express my frustration and concern. I explained that the tour failed to deliver any of the activities promised and requested a refund for the $600 my family paid. Tony refused. I have screenshots of our conversation that show how dismissive he was. Not only did he refuse to refund us, but he also showed no concern for the safety of children, seniors, or any of the passengers. His actions make it clear that he prioritizes profit over safety. The First Tour: Dishonest Payment Practices Our first experience with Tony also raised red flags. • Tony refused to let us pay in pesos unless we used his “special” conversion rate, which was 20% higher than what we received at the airport or local ATMs. • When we offered to pay by credit card, he demanded an 18% surcharge. • We finally refused both options and got out of the car. Only then did Tony agree to accept a fair exchange rate. Final Warning Tony’s tours are dangerous, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. He doesn’t care about providing a quality experience or keeping his customers safe—he only cares about maximizing his profits. If you’re considering booking with Tony, please think twice. I wouldn’t trust him with your safety, especially if you’re traveling with children or seniors.

Lamentamos mucho que usted no disfrutará su paseo pero con la madre naturaleza no podemos hacer nada y no es culpa nuestra que usted se Mariara en el bote y que ese día el clima derepente se pusiera malo a usted se le dio más de los que el servicio que usted contrato. El servicio es transporte , bebida , esnoking, y muy na parrillada en el bote y todos eso se le dio a su familia no faltó nada y a damas se le dió otros servicios extra y no Sele cobro De je de estar haciendo daño de 20 persona que habían en el catamarán la única que se está quejando es usted Como si propio familia me dijo que usted es una persona incómoda de camplaser Nosotros no somos perfectos y deje se ser amargada eso no es bueno y tratar de hacer daño con su comentario .los que uno no quiere que le hagan es mejor no hacerlo ya usted Hacho varío vese está mismo a otra empresa y le recuerdo que si no para vamos a ir a los legar per Dano y perjuicios ya son varia besé que los está haciendo. The trip was changed to two different dates and then when they did bring us out it was SUPER wavy , I get it’s the ocean… but these waves felt like the boat was about to tip over. could not see anything in the water .. us and a couple other groups left the tour early on a separate boat . They should have canceled and refunded the money . We know nothing about the ocean, just that we were promised a nice day to snorkel on the ocean and that’s not what we got .. we did not feel safe and a couple of the life vests were broken , one of my sisters didn’t even get a life vest! Paid 600$ to go sit in the sand and what this hot mess take place
