Our “Private” Catamaran Yacht we booked did NOT look anything like the picture of the one In The photo when we booked or what appeared in our confirmation. The boat we got was in pretty rough condition… & our “BBQ LUNCH” was burnt to a crisp & not edible (except for the cucumber & tomato slices; but the crew were really great. However, I do not like or appreciate the “bait & switch” on the boat.

You booked a private catamaran experience and expected the vessel shown in your booking and confirmation. What you received did not match that, and it should have. You are right to be disappointed. We also apologize that the BBQ lunch was not up to standard. A meal that is burnt and inedible is not the experience we want any guest to have. We are glad the crew made a good impression, and we will pass your kind words on to them. We have taken your comments to our operating partner and are reviewing the vessel used and the food service, so that the boat guests see when booking matches the one they board. Your feedback directly helps us hold our partners to a higher standard.
