Dear Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience, as we value your valuable input, which helps us improve our services. We sincerely apologize for all inconveniences due to the vehicle size. Please know we have taken your comments into serious consideration, and we are currently working with our team to improve this mater in the future to better meet the needs of our customers. While we're also disappointed to know that the level of information provided did not meet your previous city tour experiences, we have also learned from Maria that she delivered the tour to the best of her abilities, meeting you at an earlier time from a different location than initially confirmed, and adapting the itinerary to visit all the sites you wished to see. Nonetheless, we will continue to address your feedback with your guide accordingly to ensure that we are consistently delivering the high-quality commentary our customers expect from us. If you'd like to give us further feedback or would like to speak to someone from our team, please let us know! Your comments are more than welcome. We hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with the experience you were initially expecting. Sincerely, Travel Curious Team
