The experience was everything we expected. We saw literally hundreds of wild animals, from zebras, to lions, a cheetah eating his pray, and a long etc. The accomodations were modest but clean and comfortable. Robert, the he guide was very good and polite.

I booked the 4 days, 3 nights budget safari to Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru. Nice contact through whatsapp and mail before the trip. Quick and clear responses. Transfer to the meeting point on the first day was perfect on time. Driver Peterson was very friendly and shared some interesting information about Kenya. At the meeting point it was a bit chaotic. I was assigned to driver Paul. No introduction, I was just told to sit in the van. I have been sitting there for hours before the group was final complete and we could start our journey to Masai Mara. Personally I was not happy with driver Paul. He was on the phone for like 80% of the trip and seemed annoyed if you asked him any questions. So no information about the sightseeing on the way. In Masai Mara I slept in Rhino Tourist Camp. The place was very basic and the food was simple. But as I booked the budget option I think this place was good enough for sure. Own tent with private bathroom and very friendly staff. In Lake Nakuru I spend the night in Buraha Zenoni Hotel. For me this place didnt seem like a budget option, very luxurious. Very comfortable room, nice swimming pool and very good food. The National Parks were amazing. I really enjoyed the game drives. We spotted the whole Big Five and saw many other beautiful animals. Unfortunately we did not have a guided tour by a ranger at the Masai Mara river. Although it was in the itinerary, driver Paul said it was not included. However in Lake Nakuru we had a very nice walk to a waterfall. Overall I had a great time and do recommand Perfect Wilderness Tours. The price was great comparing to other companies and I think you see just as much with this budgettour as with a very expensive tour. For me no 5 stars because as I mentioned the driver Paul, who wasn't helpfull and didn't feel like he was interested in our group or the animals at all. However I had to change cars for my return back to Nairobi and this driver was very opposite. Very friendly and answering to my questions and making a good atmosphere in the car.

I have contacted PWT directly to organize a shared safari in a small group to Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. The preparation in advance went very well, fast answers, thinking pro active of what we wanted to do and how to organize. They picked us up with a safari vehicle (open top and windows that opened on the sides) in Nairobi and took us to Masai Mara for 2 nights. Peter, our driver, went over and beyond to show us the best of the wildlife, He was very clear in his communication, knew a lot about the animals and about the region. Somebody in the group needed to make some changes to her itinerary and he helped out perfectly to arrange this with the office in Nairobi. You feel very confident and blessed to have him as your driver. For me the budget accomodation was a bit to budget but that was our own choice. I would go for a higher level if I would do it again. After that we had a private safari to Lake Navaisha, Hell's Gate and Samburu where we decided to make some last minute changes. Peter together with our new driver Nathan arranged this fast and good with the office without extra costs. What a service! PWT also took care of our flight from Nairobi to Diani Beach and the transfer to and from the hotel. All perfectly arranged. I can only recommend PWT and if you can I would also ask if Peter could be your driver. You will not regret it! Nathan was also very good but because of the changes we have made, we have spend less time with him.

We were excited for our first safari, but unfortunately it was disappointing, we threw our money away, the driver didn't follow the itinerary he had given me, he didn't organize the tour, this made you miss the tours because the driver kept filming two girls he was taking video for social media and everything was delayed and we ended up not completing the itinerary, the driver Julio, we paid for a 3 night tour but it wasn't worth it, we stopped in the village to change buses and left late because of two girls who stopped everywhere The trip was delayed because of a dance on social media, it ended up that last night we went straight to the hotel without any tour and the driver was running like crazy and we followed him and even though we were sorry we ended up hitting our heads because he didn't stop at the speed bump. It looked like a crazy person driving. I don't recommend this tour and to make matters worse, the last bench in the middle has no feel. I really like filming and taking photos but I respect the schedule and I would like the driver to also respect the itinerary, after all it is an expensive trip. Terrible disappointing

It may seem contradictory but that's how I was, the company, organization, communication was terrible! Even disrespectful, however the guide and nature saved the experience! Sammy was an excellent guide during the safaris! Nature contributed and we saw many animals! But I describe the good and the bad,, The communication with “George” and Faith was fatal, only I communicated, I never had a message from them, other than trip advisor reminders, they played with me with the pick-up point, terrible customer service The vehicle is a very uncomfortable old truck, and be careful!! 70% of the time will be spent in the vehicle! They do not comply with what is specified, it says in the advertising game tide on the first day in the afternoon, yes, all day on the second day yes, all day long on the third day, NO, not that one anymore, the third day goes away alone in disorganization and reach Nakuru city,, Many speak well for what they paid, but those of us who buy online through a company pay up to 200 USD more than those who bought directly, so, No, many things are not good for almost 600 USD The camp for two nights is comfortable, but without hot water! In the cold of the night to bathe with cold water and Horrible food! Three of our group got sick to their stomach, one went to the hospital where they stole 200 dollars to give him some fever pills (not antibiotics). The hotel in Nakuru, ugly old, dirty, horrible neighborhood horrible food and no co Or go out to find a restaurant Conclusion, the safari was very worth it, but I chose a terrible company!!

Generally, it was a very lovely and fruitful experience, with Mark as our tour guide, who enabled us to know exactly every species of the wildlife in Masai Mara, and was promtly to recognize some rare-to-see animals among the Big Five, and Cheetah on the 1st day during our trip. However, we had 7 touristes during the trip, and the Toyata white Van, the vehicle was not so comfortable for us to seat, cuz the chassis was so low that we were scambling on the turf road inside the safari. And what is unexpected was the poor conditions of the camping tent on Maasai village, with almost no hot water for taking shower. Fortunately, we met the situation that a Lion was biting the wildbeest until the latter was suffocated to death. It's unbelievably amazing!! I come from China, and I met quite a lot compatriots with varieties of ages, and backgrounds, appreciated for that. From July to the mid of Sep., it's the right time to visit Masai Mara.

It was such an amazing experience. Highly recommended. Our guide Sammy was such a gentleman and clearly an expert in the field. Thank you for the memorable trip!

My daughter and I had such an amazing safari experience. It was nice doing this in the off-season as it was way less crowded and we got to see all of the Big 5 and so many other animals as well. We also dod a hot air balloon ride on day 2 which was an experience of a lifetime. We did the budget safari so the accommodations and food were basic but clean and met all our needs. Big shout out to Ronald and Frances, u guys were amazing and made our journey so enjoyable. Many thanks

This was honestly the best holiday my son and I have ever done. We had such an amazing time. We saw so many animals at Maasai Mara. Thank you to Sammy and Joshua for all your wonderful help.

I absolutely loved the trip. We ended up with a nice group and, importantly, our driver (Mr James) was very helpful, friendly and took good care of us. I give him my warmest regards! The driver is very important, it's up to him to make the trip and the animal viewing successful and an enjoyable adventure. The contact with the company was very good. They answered all our questions and needs. Relative to other similar offers, this price was favourable. The trip included two days of Masaai Mara and one day in Nakuru, but we bought an additional visit to a Masai village (not recommended) and Lake Naivasha (highly recommended). Watching the animals and interacting with nature was a wonderful experience and I would love to go on such a trip again. And lastly, a little tip: I recommend taking Lancruiser than a van and front seats in 4x4 Landcruiser, the more you sit in the back, the more you feel the bumps ;)
