Agostinho has taken our family from Rio to Itatiaia and from Angra dos Reis to Rio. That was a top experience twice. Agostinho is a very pleasant, friendly man, very intelligent. He speaks no less than six languages: Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, English (very good, level C1) and Chinese. He always knew a good place to make a stopover. The car was comfortable and his driving style pleasant so our youngest daughter who very often gets carsick did not get sick. Thanks to the pleasant company of Agostinho, the ride never became boring -even for the children he managed to include in the conversation- and we could learn a lot about Brazilian culture and customs. Highly recommended!

We are delighted with the service: punctuality, professionalism, reliability, careful and secure driving! Furthermore, our driver took us to the boarding gate at the airport and the port, explained everything to us, and helped with the procedures! Plus, our driver-guide Mr. Agostinoho spoke French perfectly! It was a pleasure to chat with him during our trips! We are very satisfied with the transfers and will contact the agency "RTT Agência de Viagens e Turismo LTDA" again if we return to Rio!! I would like to express our sincerest thanks to the company RTT Turismo de Brasil, with whom we had the privilege of traveling recently. This experience was even more enriching thanks to Agostino, our guide, who quickly became a much loved friend. We were lucky to meet him in Rio, where he surprised us with his cultural and historical knowledge in the solo of the city, you can also appreciate a tremendous cultural level in various aspects of the world. You can see in his experience that he knows very well the immense city of Rio, he transmitted his good energy from the moment we met him. We followed his advice and recommendations to the letter, and thanks to his experience and dedication, everything went perfectly. Our group was 13 people, including two older adults, and at all times Agostino cared for our safety and comfort. He accompanied us from our arrival at the airport, transfer to Rio, then to Buzios, and finally took us back for our return flight. His attention was impeccable in every detail. This trip we hired from Chile, recommended by an uncle who had also traveled with RTT Turismo and, without a doubt, was the best decision we made in our entire trip to Brazil. Meeting and sharing with Agostino was a real gift. He is a very experienced person in the language management and his Spanish is very good, bringing us a very pleasant communication for those who do not understand Portuguese. If we had the opportunity to go back to Brazil and visit Rio again, we would do so without thinking again with RTT Turismo and Agostino. Not only are they a professional and reliable company, but they made us feel cared for, accompanied and happy at every turn. Thank you very much for everything dear friends!!

Agostin and Fabiana helped us a lot during our vacation. They did everything to make us have a great experience. We transported from Rio to Buzios in a private taxi, with a child-friendly chair. They drove very prudently all the time and also helped us with many recommendations. Also, Agostin made us feel very welcome with a very pleasant conversation. Excellent service, recommend it to everyone!

The service offered was perfect from the planning/definition of the trip to its realization. Fabiana and Augustine were precise and punctual in both communications and transport. We had requested private transportation to and from the airport and to Ilha Grande. It is nice to feel safe when you are in a foreign country and someone is extraordinarily dedicated to your well-being! Recommended absolutely!

Excellent communication prior to transfer. Payment of 50% deposit via Paypal was relatively easy, with remainder payable in cash to driver. 3 hours before our anticipated arrival time at GIG airport we were notified of a change of driver from what we had previously been told. This didn't really matter. However, upon arrival, nobody was waiting to greet us. Thankfully, RTT responded to my mail quickly and we established that the driver had gone to the wrong terminal for our flight. The total wait was around 20 minutes. The quality of the taxi was easily the worst of all the 12 taxis we took in Brazil. The interior panels were pealing off, and the car made some loud screeching noises at higher speeds which was a little unsettling. The driver, whilst a pleasant gentleman, had clearly rarely, if ever, driven to Buzios before. Overall, the service was just about OK, but the cost is double what we paid to return, and the return taxi which we simply organised at the Buzios taxi rank, was in perfect condition.

Excellent Service, punctuality, flawless cars, all staff respond with great kindness and speed to any questions. I went with my family and we felt very careful, a plus: the recommendations and guides of Agostinho and Rogelio, I highly recommend it.
