The guides were very sweet, professional and generous. The weather was uncooperative for us, which was out of their control but they did kindly share with us some spectacular photos from the night we left so that we did not feel like we missed out completely. Will book with them for a future trip.

This company provided everything that is stated There. Freeman answered all questions that were asked. The only suggestion I have is for the driver to go into the hotel lobby and retrieve the quest. The attentiveness was greatly appreciated!

Really nice cabin; cozy and comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not see the lights which I understand is not in anyone's control. I understand that it is up to the customer to cancel or reschedule, but I do wish that maybe the host could just keep us updated closer to the time - just saying if it's not looking great and to consider rescheduling or canceling, as we are not the experts in the conditions or likelihood, and at that point it could be up to us on what we would want to do. But again, we understood the chance we were taking, just a lot of money to spend. We had been watching the forecast ourselves but thought there could still be a chance. We were told it was not looking good as soon as we arrived which was disappointing. The host was still very kind and apologetic about the conditions, which I appreciate. The drive was a little stressful with not great road conditions (deep potholes on an unpaved road, slippery since it's just dirt). We chose to drive ourselves so we took the chance but just want to warn others especially if you do not have a great car. We wish we were able to have a better night, as everything else about the cabin and property for viewing were great. Just sharing my experience!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to see the lights very much but we can’t control nature. What we can control was the atmosphere while waiting. We had a great time! They fixed pizza and hotdogs for the group. They had a wide variety of chips and tea/coffee to choose from. Even had board games to pass the time. When the lights did show for a bit they were very helpful with setting cameras up to capture things. Thank you the experience!

Our Host Freeman was extremely knowledgeable about the showing of the Borealis and its process. He was also very helpful with the photography and shared his photos with us. Challenging and need much patience when it comes to the weather for its viewing.

Delightful lodge. Freeman was the perfect host and driver! Great view of the night sky from the interior of the warm and cozy lodge. Highly recommended Northern Lights lodge experience.

It was a great experience overall. Freeman was fantastic and very hospitable. He also tried to help us get the best pics we could. The only issue was that we weren't able to see a lot. This is not Aurora Camp's fault obviously. I would sign up with again if I'm back in town. They are a class act.

Our evening was a bust. When we were picked up at the hotel we were told we were the only 2 people going-the other 10 had cancelled due to weather. We would have expected that the tour guide would have exercised his professional judgment and offered us the opportunity to cancel even though it was within 24 hours. The cabin was not heated or prepped for guests. We felt like a bother-which we were since there were only 2 of us and no chance of northern lights viewing. Freeman was nice and tried to make the best of it but we would have appreciated the opportunity to cancel based on his professional experience. We felt taken advantage of.

When we were picked up at our hotel and there were only the two of us, we were told that all the others cancelled due to the weather conditions. However, I also would have respected the tour operator’s professional advice to inform us of the weather conditions and suggest that we might want to cancel since we were the only people. Although Freeman was very nice and tried to make the best of it, we were disappointed that he didn’t extend us his knowledge of viewing conditions and let us know that we were the only ones on the tour that night. We felt taken advantage of because we were not informed of the poor viewing conditions and offered the opportunity to cancel. The cabin was not heated and prepped for guests-very unwelcoming. We felt like we were a bother-which we were-only one couple with no chance of viewing Northern Lights. I do acknowledge that we could have cancelled within 24 hours but the professional thing to do would have been to help us make an informed decision, rather than go through the process for nothing. An adjustment in our fee would be greatly appreciated and give us a better opinion of this tour.

The cabin is a nice rest stop in the cold of the night, and the guide in the cabin was invaluable. He was able to tell us exactly when the lights would shine and we were able to get some really nice pictures.
